The room was clean and the place was decent. Amenitities were as stated. It was a good place. The staff weren’t helpful though. They didn’t even smile and weren’t forthcoming. Just barely answered any questions.

The beds were very noisy whenever you moved during the night. No bag for the garbage can.

This is a comfortable and cozy place to spend a night. Super convenient to the airport and very affordable. The place feels a bit stuck in time, but in a quaint and well-cared for way, like visiting your Grandma’s house. Recommending to all our friends and family.

I liked the easy access from the parking lot to the ground floor rooms. The continental breakfast was exactly as advertised; muffins, cereal and fruit.

This was my second stay at this motel, and overall I had a good experience. The staff were friendly, and the property was clean and well maintained. I would recommend staying here. I do have a few suggestions that could improve the guest experience. The toilets are very low and small, and replacing them with modern comfort-height, water-saving toilets would improve comfort while reducing water usage. The room had a noticeable odor when I entered. Replacing the carpet with laminate or hardwood flooring and providing air fresheners in both the room and bathroom would make the rooms feel much fresher. It would also be helpful to install hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes or towels while showering. My only concern was the checkout experience. My checkout time was 11:00 a.m., and I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. I returned to my room around 10:00 a.m. and found that housekeeping had already entered and opened the room before my official checkout time. I understand it may have been an honest mistake, but housekeeping should always confirm with the front desk before entering any room prior to the scheduled checkout time. Guest privacy should always be respected. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the friendly service. I hope these suggestions will help improve the experience for future guests, and I look forward to staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ottawa. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One thing I especially appreciated was the air conditioning. It worked perfectly and made the room incredibly comfortable, especially after spending time outside. I also needed an iron and ironing board during my stay, and the staff brought them to my room very quickly. Their prompt and friendly service was greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. The coffee was excellent, and the muffins were absolutely delicious. It was a great way to start each morning. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ottawa.

Absolutely loved the front yard with comfy chairs to sit under the beautiful trees. The beds were really comfortable as well.

I wish I could give a better review because the staff were genuinely excellent. They were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. The bathroom floor contained hair and dust, there was urine on the underside of the toilet seat, and a used towel was left in the room. The sheets and carpet had stains, a lampshade was broken, and the sheets provided for the king-size bed did not even cover the entire mattress. These are issues that should have been caught during routine housekeeping. The staff deserve praise, but the cleanliness and upkeep of the room were unacceptable.

I’ve stayed here previously and again very satisfied with everything all round. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. With the pleasant weather I could sit out in the mornings with my coffee and Globe in the garden area. A quick and easy Continental breakfast available to take back to your room or as mentioned sit outside. Great value and easy to get into Ottawa centre.

Stayed for two nights while visiting Ottawa. The property was well maintained and the hotel was very clean. The room was excellent. They were able to accommodate an early check in. And staff was pleasant. If you like a firm bed you are out of luck. But that is preference. Would we stay again. Absolutely.

Check in was very easy and the staff within the property were very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed the chairs in the grass space to hangout in on our down time!

The room was clean and housekeeping was great as I was staying 6 nights. The place is worn down and even the large sign out front was missing light bulbs. Overall my experience was good

Nice quiet location that was close to everywhere I needed to get to. Staff was very friendly.

A nice little quiet spot close to the airport. Lots of parking available. And an amazing courtyard to relax. Room was spotless when checking in, towels and bedsheets immaculate. And the housekeeping was respectful of not disturbing me. The front desk staff are some of the best I have interacted with. Extremely helpful and understanding. I even extended my stay an extra week because of it. The air conditioner ran cold as we had 30+ degree weather. Overall. I am very happy to have found this little spot. 10/10 will stay here next time I am in Ottawa.

This is an excellent motel. It's not luxurious, but it's clean and has all the basic amenities, including a good fridge. Our room had a pull-out couch as well as the bed. Straight-ahead no-nonsense accommodation. Owners and workers are friendly. It's our go-to accommodation when we're in the area.
