Unfortunately, nothing at the hotel stood out for me, for me to go back again. I had problems with check in to start. I got an upgrade for my room. The air-conditioning didn't work, the phone didn't work. After talking to reception, where the front desk clerk was extremely rude. After long explanation from me, I got moved to another room, with the exact same problems, except that it was a downgrade, where I didn't even have a closet. The third time, after threatening them with contacting Expedia, finally I got another room, where the air-conditioning and phone both worked. I've been told that the hotel has problems. The breakfast buffet was so bad, that they had cheese that was rancid already. Bread stale, dirty table runners. I watched one of the staff wiping away crumbs from the table with his bare hands,not even a wet cloth. This is the first time in my travels through Turkiye that I came across this kind of problem. My last day, I closed the bathroom door, and when I wanted to open it, it was not budging. I spent more than an hour banging on the door, yelling for help, since I didn't take my cellphone with me. That wouldn't have helped, since noone answered the phone from reception. I really urge Expedia not to promote this hotel as a five star, because it's not deserving even a two star. Thank you. Personnel à la réception pas sympathique. Je n’ai pas eu la chambre avec 2 lits simples que j’ai demandé et pour laquelle on m’a confirmé la faisabilité. Le bagagiste a dû aménager la chambre selon notre demande. Pas d’air climatisé dans l’hôtel. Le déjeuner était bien.

We liked the hotel very much but it was going through a renovation at the time of our visit and this put a damper on our stay a little. Great breakfast buffet though. We would stay again.

My vehicle was moved in the parking lot without permission, lock damaged, safe didn’t work, receptionist didn’t do anything about it after promising she would, location is scruffy yet perfect! Close to everything a traveler could need, and the market as well. Just make sure you turn the alarm of your vehicle on.

At check in I had an issue with my room which was all resolved and I was upgraded. Dildara at the desk made the entire process really smooth she went up and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and checked in on me to ensure I was still happy. This made my entire stay extremely pleasant. Customer service is excellent. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice too. Room was of a great size it was cleaned regularly water was replaced daily too as well as teas and coffees. Breakfast was great. This was my 2nd time staying here and there definitely will be a Third.

Friendly staff at checking in desk as well as breakfast staff and cleaning staff were all amazing. Room was a very good size clean and good amenities. Breakfast was splendid lots of choice and you can request for an omelette. I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely would be coming back.

Spacious room, clean convenient location

I booked a courtyard-facing, non-smoking room but was given a room facing a noisy street. The room had a strong synthetic fragrance, likely used to cover up cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the bed still smelled slightly of smoke, and the towels had a strong cigarette odor. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow, which made it difficult to work. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

It was so comfortable to stay there.
