Good for what you pay

The balcony view overlooks the main street and offers a small space for sun lounging.

I stayed in a single room, the room was modernly renovated, the bed was quite wide, breakfast and dinner were quite good. Good value for money.

Great at the time of year not too busy crowded or noisy, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful, I enjoyed my room being cleaned. Overall I would happily stay at this hotel again at the time of year.

I’d say that the price reflects quality in this case- it was cheap break so you can’t expect anything more than average or less. What I have appreciated was the fact that room, bedding and toilet were really clean, although shower gel lasted just for one day. Door and walls are rather very thin, so I’d recommend earplugs (you can hear your neighbours and cleaning staff in the early morning). Breakfast and dinner were very monotonous and for me the worst thing was the fact that food which supposed to be hot or at least warm was cold (like eggs, pancakes, bacon…). If you didn’t get freshly prepared meat or fish, you definitely would ended up with cold dinner. Lifts will give you a heart attack every time they stop, even in your head, you know it’s going to happen but still it will get you every time (noise and shake). But I my opinion “the best” part was when a very loud fire alarm started to go off from 2am to 3:30am every half an hour! That was my last night there and I’ll never forget it! I didn’t look very rested when I’ve arrived home… I’ve asked for compensation for this very unfortunate event but was told by a very nice manager that it isn’t his fault that people smoke in their rooms and it isn’t his fault that the alarm system works really well… I was hoping that at at least I’d be allowed to stay longer in the room and have a snooze as my flight was in the evening, but unfortunately no… I’m not coming back to Seramar Luna Park but Mallorca was great as always:)

We really enjoyed our holiday in the hotel.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt that this is well deserved. For the price I paid for 5 nights, half board, the value is outstanding! My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner was good. The buffets had amazing options. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything i wanted really happy

Clean & lovely room, nice Balcony, pleasant staff, fab pools

Clean room, nice balcony, good breakfast and close to the beach that was nice. The room didn’t have a fridge which was a problem and there were also no drinking glasses at the room. It was not that soundproof so you could hear easily people go outside the door and so on. But overall a good hotel and we had a nice stay!

Good value breakfast - rooms average - bar no atmostphere

J’ai passé quelques jours dans cet hôtel et mon séjour a malheureusement été décevant. La chambre n’était pas propre dès mon arrivée et le ménage n’a jamais été fait correctement : le sol est resté sale tout au long du séjour. J’ai également eu la mauvaise surprise de trouver des fourmis dans la chambre, alors que j’étais au troisième étage, probablement à cause d’un trou près des toilettes relié à la pièce de service voisine. La climatisation fonctionnait mal, ce qui rendait la chambre trop chaude. Et pour finir, j’ai constaté un vol dans ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable. Je tiens toutefois à souligner que le personnel de l’accueil est très sympathique et accueillant, mais malheureusement, ces points positifs sont largement gâchés par le manque de sérieux du ménage et la mauvaise expérience vécue.

The only saving grace was a decent AC unit and TWO Kind/helpful staff members (a desk worker at the side building and what seemed like the restaurant manager). Every single front desk employee was rude and impatient, like they couldn’t stand to be there talking to people or solving very simple issues like letting you into the baggage storage room to grab belongings. Every single interaction at the front desk was dreadful, but I just smiled and asked direct questions so I could stop talking to those people as fast as possible. Even a simply calm and concise person/interaction would have been an immense improvement. No WiFi. It only works in the main lobby, not the rooms. Apparently, according to a staff member, it’s only an issue for iPhones and he can’t use it either. I understand it’s a cheaper hotel, but only relative to this island. At least get proper sized WEIGHTED shower curtains, it’s only an extra 2 Euro. The curtain will stick to you in the cramped shower, and you will get water everywhere on the bathroom floor. Even the extra drain wasn’t properly designed to drain the water on the floor. Everything is just cheaper in the rooms, that was expected for the price and I’m not complaining about that. Other than my door handle nearly falling off. But the physical keys were a fun blast from the past. Food was mediocre, that’s fine.. it’s a buffet. Would have been 3 stars if the staffing knew what customer service was, given they’re in a customer service industry.

Air conditioning very bad area not safe

Iv based my review on value for money. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms are basic but fit for purpose, the shower is poweful and the beds are comfortable, the air con is great but the wifi not so great. The location is spot on just a short but pleasant walk down the hill to the beech and main strip where there is plenty to do socially. Plenty of markets to grab snacks and drinks and loads of food places near by. Thanks for a great mini break.

Nice for solo travelers

Hotel was great, ideal for me as a solo traveller, close to beach & shops via a steep hill

I liked the facilities and the breakfast, overall very good experience although some of the staff were rude especially the black lady in the reception, other than that everything was very good.

A nice hotel to stay in can be a bit noisy at times

The room itself was perfect, really clean and modern. It was quite noisy, I think the walls are quite thin and there isn’t a lot of sound proofing to the hallway. As it’s quite a party heavy area, it meant I was woken up quite a lot. The view was also not great from the balcony, but that’s more to do with the area.
