Le seul b-mol, c'est insonorisé mais pas assez, mais avec un bruit de fond comme un ventilateur c'est ok, sauf si un enfant crie. Le reste rien à dire. Propre, bon déjeuner, commodités, tout est là. Un endroit complet.

Facile d'accès pour trouver facilement car voisin du centre d'achat. Ce que nous avons moins aimé est que j'avais réservé 2 chambres et seulement une des deux qui était prête à notre arrivée à 15 h 45. Ce qui a tout chamboulé notre itinéraire prévue de profiter des infrastructures comme la piscine. De plus, le resto et le bar n'étaient pas ouverts donc l'attente à la réception à été très longue. La chambre comme telle était propre mais excessivement petite, surtout en ce qui concerne la salle de bain. Très peu d'espace entre le bain et la toilette et pas de comptoir.

Chambre propre, bon déjeuner fourni gratuitement, check in rapide, air climatisé très bruyante. Juste trop cher pour ce que c'est. Avoir payé moins cher je n'aurais eu rien a dire.

Vraiment bel hôtel familial! Nous avons passé un beau séjour. Seul bémol: environ 45 minutes d'attente en fil debout pour déjeuner (en début de semaine). Avec de jeunes enfants, ce n'est pas efficace /agréable comme service offert.

Spacious room. The children loved the playground and outdoor pool. Lifeguards on-site. Breakfast is the best I’ve had at any hotel - made to order. Movie nights for kids. Convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Hôtel vraiment très propre, le personnel courtois, bel emplacement. Plusieurs commodités à l’hôtel et autour. J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour.

The property was amazing! Staff was friendly and very funny. The location is perfect for familys that want to head to the Zoo and head to the local mall. The only few negatives I have would be that the room isn't very sound proof and we could hear a lot from the other rooms.(Could be a perk if you rented out two rooms side by side) Second negative is that the pillows and bed were really uncomfortable but we could've just been unlucky. Overall! I loved the experience and I'm coming back here again if I ever need to come back to Granby. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!
