All was good apart from the weather thank you

Parking is good service was brilliant

Rooms were a let down, dated and cold. Couldnt see out the windows as they were filthy. Staff were excellent throughout.

Everything was as we remembered from out first visit. 10/10

Lovely clean hotel looking a little tiered, meal on first night under seasoned and beef tough so could do better there. Room very warm ( why have the heating on n this weather.?). Kept running out of Prosecco But overall a nice stay .

Fantastic hotel. Every part of my stay was perfect staff very friendly and helpful, hotel and room were spotlessly clean, room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Far beyond my expectations.

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. The food was excellent but there was no hospitality tray in our room. The decor is rather dated and the furniture was wobbly and old. It just needs an update but the view, the staff and the food made up for that.

Amazing views over Chesil Beach and Weymouth. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, stuck in the 70s–80s, and could do with a refresh.

The view from the restaurant is spectcular. Food is good, rooms need a make over

Terrible nights sleep. Had paid extra for premium room. But the Bed mattress definitely needs replacing. Next night moved to a smaller room. But manager would not refund the difference in room price. Just offered discount on a meal if we dined with them, but would not say how much discount. So no way would we eat just to get a minimal amount off. No brainer. Terrible Customer Service.

Fabulous position. Views amazing. Some of the friendliest and happiest staff we've come across. The rooms and dining area were spotless. Very impressed

Pros: The view is outstanding. There is always either the cafe, or the bar or the restaurant open. Cons: The rooms are outdated. Food is average and expensive. Drinks are expensive. Breakfast quite poor and if you want a cappuccino that’s £5 extra.

Such a wonderful place, some lovely views.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful; they made the stay special. The views from the restaurant were wonderful; the food was very good with a good choice each evening and it tasted very nice. The disappointing part was the lack of servicing in the room. At check in we were asked if we needed new towels or the room cleaned each day and we said that it wouldn’t be necessary. However we did expect that the tea and coffee would be replenished each day and also that the bed would be made for us; neither of these things happened. If we don’t get these basic services then we should be offered a reduction in the rate for those nights. I don’t mind paying for service but I object to paying for a non- service.
