Rooftop room was beautiful Rooms are on the smaller side but clean and well maintained Drinks are super expensive though

A lovely clean room with an excellent sea view. Staff when called upon were very helpful and their multilingual skills we amazing to witness. We only had breakfast in the hotel which had everything you could want for breakfast with a omelette's cooked to order. Sky bar was the gem and drinks reasonably priced considering the view

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I would say the hotel is more a 4* than 5* and pricey for what it is. Positives: Friendly staff Cleanliness Breakfast was great and there were lots of options Fair prices for drinks and food Comfy bed Location Adults only Negatives: Paid for a sea view room but most of the view is obstructed by trees Room was very noisy even though listed as soundproof. It’s like you have the balcony doors open all the time. Thankfully I packed ear plugs. You can also hear people walking around above and scraping chairs. Swimming pool is freezing Rooms are small Gym is poor with limited weights

This is our second time visiting, and just like last time it did not disappoint! From start to finish our visit was exceptional, service, room, food, cleanliness, location and the beautiful sea view it was second to none! We requested the same room as previous on booking, our needs were met and exceeded! On arrival, check in was easy and friendly and our room was perfect, with extra added touch of being greeted with wine, a fruit platter and lovely welcome note. All of our requests were taken and acted on quickly (requesting iron/ironing board etc) I can’t stress enough how much of a great atmosphere, and lovely hotel this is! We will be back 10000%! Highly recommended! Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel was clean and breakfast buffet was good. There can be noise at night time from outside road you may need ear plugs to help with sleeping

Absolutely spotless hotel, staff outstanding and go above and beyond for you. Pool area lovely, and the general feel of the hotel is beautiful. The location is great and we would definitely recommend and will be back for sure!

Fabulous hotel but not necessarily in a five star area. The area needs to recover from the down turn following COVID. It is improving but quite slowly as it is a seasonal resort

No 5 star service offered from this hotel. Ripped bed sheets, thinned out towel, no help with luggage, no Kleenex in room, etc

Great hotel everything worked great I heard rumours about air conditioning but all false very comfortable staff helpful . I had a late flight the day of checkout but they had a nice shower room set up before I went to the airport. Book this a day in advance so you get a proper half hour slot.

The place is lovely. Staff and location are just perfect. Just a two minute walk from the beach. The only issue was the weak air conditioning in each room in our group.
