Everything was fine thought the panel fo the bathroom flush fell off and had to be reattached by housekeeping/maintenance. The welcome water was delicious and the staff helped refill our water bottles. Front desk staff was very helpful in addressing billing questions.

Beautiful hotel with absolutely lovely staff. Close to public transportation and also very walkable around the city. We slept so well because it was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a Madrid Suburb. The buses stop right outside the door across the street, the Metro is across the street. There are plenty of restaurants that are open late all around the hotel within walking distance. Because it is a small suburb there are plenty of pharmacies, tobacco stores, little bodegas ... it's fabulous. You can find anything you want. There was a massive heatwave happening during our visit and the air conditioning in the hotel was exceptional. If you stay the breakfast buffet is perfect!!! I would definitely stay again and I think the hotel really made me love Madrid even more.

The hotel offered free early check-in. The room was tidy and clean. The air conditioner broke down at first but was fixed soon after. The west elevator shakes violently, which feels unsafe. Besides, the breakfast has a great variety of food and tastes delicious.

Hotel is clean and staff are very nice.

Hotel was really nice. Cleaned up our room in the morning. Breakfast buffet had a great selection with delicious cafe con leche available. It was my husband's birthday and when we came back to our cleaned room, there was a Happy Birthday note and a cookie left on the bed. Very sweet touch.

Tout était excellent

The staff was very friendly. The place is clean and it’s near everything. The only thing is that they have no ironing board and iron in the room. Also you cannot get any movie channel in English. Only news. Other than that, everything else is great.

Nice place.

Great hotel! The staff were super nice to us and especially toddler. They were helpful and happy to be helpful. The location is close enough to retiro if you like to walk. We also walked to the main center of Madrid. Taxi is super easy to get if you don't want to walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great location for families.

Nice hotel with walkable access to Rialto park. The room was nice, clean and provided enough room for four. One way elevators made getting in and out of the hotel easy. The breakfast is phenomenal, and a must at this hotel. Staff were very helpful. The mini bar in the rooms is on the honor system. The showers and water pressure is good. Beds are firm, very firm! The construction of the new metro terminal out front can get noisy and you have to walk 10 minutes to the nearest metro station. We enjoyed walking everywhere so this suited us well. Overall a good experience.

Clean room, great breakfast, convenient location

Definitely an oddball hotel. I think it’s a four star but easily could be three indefinitely would not be a five in any scenario. Underground parking is accessible and pretty easy. There was a ton of construction going on around the property itself not very central or convenient location kind of hard to find is. It’s just in a corner location. Breakfast was very good A+ there. Everything was fresh. I definitely would not stay here again as there are so many other options in Madrid. The staff was very nice just a bit consistent on us too who is more helpful than the other
