rooms were unclean, and room had a smoke smell at least one per day. We asked for non smoking room, and the management also denied any housekeeping for our entire stay. one reception worker was kind enough to help us get towels since they rarely change them, (shout out to her). Bathroom was really unhygienic and there was a dead fly in a fresh toilet paper roll and cockroaches.

Overall the hotel is acceptable, but four issues made our stay frustrating. Check-in: We arrived around 6 PM - well past any reasonable preparation window - and were kept waiting at the front desk for 20 minutes despite being the only guests there. Wrong room: After that wait, we were checked into a standard single room instead of the two-room suite we had booked. Sorting it out required another round of explanations and eventually a room change. Room condition: The bedding felt damp, which turned out to be no surprise - the air conditioning (the only heating source) was not working. After complaining to reception, it was partially fixed, but the room never got above roughly 19-20°C. We slept in our clothes. Breakfast: Extremely basic - the kind of spread you'd expect at a budget hostel, not a three-star property. Would not recommend for the price point.

I have been Staying there 2-3 days per week the past year, never having eaten breakfast due to my schedule. During my last stay I was very sick, and I wasn’t even physically able to visit the supermarket. I asked the staff for 2-3 rusks after breakfast hours and they denied. Probably 2-3 rusks would bankrupt the business. Be human first and then everything else.

Excellent location for exploring the centre. Really quiet. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was pleasant with a range of different foods on offer. The rooms are basic, clean and spacious. Make sure to bring your own drinking water as there is none in the room.

Good hotel. Good location - this is the main advantage. Quiet, decent size clean rooms. Do not expect much - this is three stars. Do not be misled by word "boutique" in the name. But the service is goo. Good breakfast, value for money. Helpful and friendly staff, thank you!
