Fantastic place in addition to being close to everything

The layout of the rooms are very good if you’re used to traveling with a lot of suitcases. The restaurant is Michelin rated and has an excellent staff.

The hotel really good overall! It is a small hotel with an amazing location. The staff is great: very helpful, polite and they know what good service means. The rooms are good, spacious and have good amenities (except the TV which is small for a room like this). The bathrooms are also spacious and well designed. We were on a family had 4 rooms and all of them were great. We had a great time, thank you very much for taking good care of our family.

We are a repeating guests in this hotel. The hotel services are excellent in the reactive services. If you ask, they make it happen (mostly). I would hope they could get a little bit better in the proactive services. I'm introvert and it is very uncomfortable for me to call the front desk. For example the rooms don't have a kettle for boiling hot water for tea etc. (They have the cups and teas there..) I'm a tea drinker and a bad sleeper and asking 5x a day to bring hot water to the room is very inconvenient. Especially at 3.30am when woke up and need a soothing warm tea to make me fall asleep again. Also I drink litters of tea and they always bring one small tea pot with a cup. So that's my biggest thing otherwise very nice place to stay.

The rooms were spacious. Very clean and well maintained hotel. The AC could not be blasted like we like it.

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Vienna. Every major site is within walking distance. Our room (Deluxe Room with Opera View) was quite spacious, well appointed, and welcoming. I would happily stay here on my next trip to Vienna.

Great property and location. Staff was a joy and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. If we ever vacation in Vienna again, we would plan to stay there. We cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Breakfast was not included but they had a good coffee machine in the room and all mini bar items were free including snacks, non alcoholic, and alcoholic drinks and they were recharging them daily.

We loved everything about this hotel -from the check-in experience to the really great food in the restaurant. It was a wonderful place for breakfast as well as lunch or dinner. As tea drinkers, we very much appreciated that they would bring tea to your room as part of the experience. We also really appreciated that the beverages in the room were complementary. That was a very nice touch. Lastly, the location was wonderful! Highly recommend this property.

Centrally located

This hotel is in the perfect location! Right across street from Opera House and a short walk to Hofburg Palace, around the corner from Sacher Cafe and Mozart Cafe -- both outstanding-- close to public transport of all types. Great restaurant at hotel. Staff couldn't be friendlier. Can you tell we loved it??
