Having the ability to shop in the mall and it meet all my needs. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I was given the opportunity for a late checkout. Although there was a language barrier it did not prevent me from experiencing amazing customer service from the staff. They were always pleasant and helpful where necessary. Thanks for your service. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and courteous. If they couldn’t understand or help you they will find someone who can. The rooms were cleaned extremely well and timely and coffee’s, tea and toiletries were replenished daily. I appreciate their love for the environment by not using plastic bottles. The location of the mall was very convenient and the shopping was excellent, you can get any quality and price range you can afford. My experience in Panama was awesome!💃🙏💕🌹🇹🇹

The young lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room as very nice and as was the beds!

They were very mindful that it was my birthday. And when I came to my room, I had a dessert and a very welcome happy birthday. I really loved this hotel. Dear flight, the rooms are clean. The customer service is excellent. I would refer and I would come back again. You don't have.

Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Loved that it was so close to the mall, bus terminal, and metro station.

This hotel was great, the fact that it has a supermarket and a mall connected to it is excellent. My only concern is that I notice serious in regards to the structure, hope this get that rectified.

The rooms and surroundings were clean. The staff was very hospitable. There was a shopping mall attached to the hotel. Tbe breakfast buffet was pretty good.

I appreciated the location…I could shop while my husband lounged by the pool! Early check in was so appreciated!!! All the staff we met were lovely.

Connects to largest mall in Latin America. Breakfast is buffet only, no choice off a menu, but excellent coffee shop (The Met) which is actually in the mall but part of the Marriott, has great breakfast and lunch menu. Bathrooms were large and clean and king size bed was very comfortable.

The room was cleaned on schedule daily, the staff wee friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. This location is great for shopping as it is located on the mall. I will return.
