The front desk is so nice and helpful.

Location was great. Loved the balcony off the room. Great view of the valley. Walking distance to a few restaurants.

The property is a bit rough around the edges but clean enough to sleep in. The bathroom could use some basic maintenance like new caulking and an intact mirror frame. The bed was okay, the sheets kept curling up on the sides but it was all fresh.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Quality Hotel. Our dog loved it, too.

Staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. We had a double queen room, while I think it was a bit pricey for what it was, overall great experience!

Great staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was enough parking space on site and the hotel was in the city centre and close to several other desired locations.

The room was clean and comfortable, however, I didn't like the fact that the cups were paper and not real cups or glasses. The breakfast was all that great. Sausage's were okay but the eggs were like plastic and not made from real eggs. And again paper plates and cups and plastic knifes, forks and spoons. Not impressed.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, service rooms every day, walkable. There is a grocery store next door that have prepared meals. We arrived early to the hotel our room wasn’t ready. We checked a few times throughout the morning. Finally our room was ready about 3:30 pm. After we have unpacked we noticed that the toilet was very dirty. It looked that it hasn’t been clean in a long time. We got a different room this was better.

Breakfast was great, parking was good. No complaints.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The property is showing its age, but I found my bed very comfortable and appreciated having a fridge and microwave in my room. The breakfast was fine. Was glad to have some warm options, even if the eggs were clearly powdered. Some shortages at the busiest times.

Hotel staff were extremely hard to deal with not helpful and our room had dirty sheets. We ended up moving hotels for our 2nd night

The room was good. Bed was comfortable. In the bathroom the toilet seat was loose. One attachment bolt was loose.

Clean room. Clean bathroom. Lovely staff at reception. Only thing was armchair in room had old/stained fabric.
