The hot tub was and pool were great and the breakfast was wonderful.

Excellent place to stay. Right off the freeway, in an industrial area but doesn’t feel like it. Great pool with waterside and very friendly staff. My only complaint is that I called in the morning for early check in and was told that we could come 1 hour early. But then our room wasn’t ready when we got there. Ended up waiting until almost the normal check in time. Not a huge complaint, but annoying when travelling with children. They did give us coloring and cookies to pass the time…. So that was a huge plus :)

Nice, quite place, away from roads. Pool with slide is excellent for children... and adults. Jacuzzi on site as well.

fast cheerful check in. I had my dog with me as I was entered in a trial across the road. The staff were so happy to have a bunch of dogs in the hotel

Great stay!

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. The bedroom is a bit dated. The bed/mattress was sinking in quite a bit so not the best rest. We didn’t try to change rooms but we let the staff know the next morning and they seemed committed to resolving it.

We loved this hotel. Our family had a wonderful time. The kids loved the slide and pool. The breakfast was wonderful. We hope to visit again sometime!

Fabulous staff, great breakfast, good pool, hot tub and slide. Everyone we encountered on staff were so helpful and kind. Would stay here again. Great place to stay and explore Chilliwack.

Front desk lady was cranky and we were charged double for our dog. We called in and they have said they sent a refund. Nothing received yet.

Spacious room, friendly staff. Little bit awkward location, but not too hard to find. Decent pool.

The staff were amazing, our room was cleaned every day, super clean hotel comfortable beds. Overall great place to stay.

We love staying here, the front staff ladies are always very helpful, the pool and waterslide are the best anywhere. Quiet at night even with the train right there. The lady that takes care of the breakfast is so nice and always makes our little man feel special. Overall I think we’ve stayed here half a dozen times and every time we can’t wait to return!
