The mattress was made by combining two single beds, and it had collapsed, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else was fine.

Location is super convenient, just in front of Taichung train station. And opposite family mart. Room size is comfortable and bed is great! Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again!

The location is in front of the Taichung station, the name in the display is not Butler, it's Plaza Hotel, it's make us confused for the first time, and I was asked the locals and they said it's the hotel. The room looks old, the breakfast bored if you stay for 3 nights and have to eat nearly same every morning. The laundry room is in B1, it's free to use, just buy laundry soap at front desk.

The hotel location is great, right infront of the station and within walking distance to shopping malls, famous restaurants and shops. The breakfast selection not so great so I will recommend to order without breakfast. Room cleanliness is average but it is quite spacious. The staffs are super friendly. We are glad that we stay at this hotel.

We booked Family room and it was so spacious and the breakfast was also great. The FO and F&B team are so kind as well. We love to stay here and will book here again if we go to Taichung. So close to Taichung St.

The location of the hotel is right in front of the station, there is 7eleven opposite the hotel, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is pretty good. Every day there is a snack given in the room, friendly staff, recommended hotel.

Very good. The staff are friendly and friendly. Near Nantou bus station, near the night market near the College somewhere. Take the 35 line Clean and comfortable room. Recommended. Anyone coming to Taichung should stay here.
