Despite some recent reviews, we found this hotel surprisingly good. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable if dated and in need refurbishment. The location is good but arriving by car can be a problem as there is no car parking spots in front of the hotel, only a small coned off area that you may be lucky enough to get into for the valet car parking. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Value hotel

Had a great stay, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the water - well worth it!

This is probably the best hotel in Canakkale. Clean and comfortable. I recommend seaside rooms. There is only one elevator. Rooms have old carpets which I do not like. Very good breakfast. Personnel is super quick when you need support in the room for ac control or internet issues. A Starbucks across the lobby. Great location with dining options. Recommended!

Common areas are not clean. The elevator in the morning was a mess, my feet stuck to the ground. The breakfast are is not ventilated, and is warm. The open buffet food on the counters are stored at room temperature (Cheese etc... (!)) Anyway, the hotel has a huge hygiene problem.

People were nice and helpful. The elevator was slow.

Property doesn’t have aircon

Great location. Free secured parking. The room was spacious with balcony sea view. Very good buffet breakfast. Easy check-in check-out. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, air con worked well, views were superb. Restaurant was very poor.

Location is great! It’s right on the water and next to the Trojan horse from the movie. Room was excellent - clean, comfortable, well designed, spacious. Spacious bathroom. Staff was so-so. At the front desk not much care, no smile. We had breakfast included. The restaurant is in the hotel. Service there was awful. No one greeted us or explained how it worked. No one spoke English. We walked around like idiots, tried to point at things at the buffet (you choose the food and they put it on the plate for you) but there was only one girl behind a very long buffet. She didn’t even looked our way. She served only people who spoke Turkish. No one smiles or made an attempt to help us. It felt like we were invisible. Really bad experience. If you stay there, go for food somewhere else, there are tons of options around.

Good hotel and breakfast my only issue is that I book a non smoking room and when I got to my room and cigarette ash tray was on the table. The smell of cigarettes smoke, I complained and they remove the ash tray and said, all there rooms are non smoking.

I was very happy with.This is my second visit.The hotel is convinient located to downtown and Eceabat Ferry.

My stay is good at all. The location of hotel is excellent personnel friendly, breakfast more than good. But the building is old and need reconstruction some equipments inside room are old and not working like air aspirator in the bathroom.
