Great location for Muslims looking for halal food. The staff working the night shift were very friendly. Perhaps due to an older, poorly maintained hotel, the room was noisy. The AC compressor, mounted on the outside wall, made it uncomfortable to hear. The AC leaked. The food was delicious and halal.

In general, I like the hotel with halal food provided, in a perfect location where halal restaurants are in the area, markets, and close to some attractions of the city. However, few things need to be improved, such as there is no place to put soap and shampoo in the shower area, the faucet is a bit broken, the fridge is not working, and the night lamp was also broken too.

I had a wonderful stay at Aluna Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is excellent, very close to the market and convenient for exploring the city, shopping, and enjoying local food. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What made my stay even better was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to Stella at the reception desk. She was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Her kindness and attention made me feel truly welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend Aluna Hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service. I would gladly stay here again.

Overpriced, cramped rooms. Dark, narrow, shabby hallways, old rooms. Staff insisted on booking an additional room. Towels were frayed, and the room was infested with ants. Loud noise could be heard coming from all sides of the walls. I highly do not recommend staying here. A very bad experience at this hotel.

Stay in alone but asked for 2 single bed resulted i got a big bed & a view of part of the city…Hotel is rather old & numbers of occupants are high especially from Malaysia..I would suggest the owner start to do a renovation to the hotel as my toilet window & WC are broken & fixed by the hotel in a very simple way. But as a single travel I’ve no comment but if bringing in my family it won’t be my 1st choice for hotel to stay.. As Malaysian Registered Hotel Rating Officer your hotel ill will rate as 2 stars going to 1 1/2 star status.

Loved my stay at Aluna Hotel, Ben Thanh Market, Malaysia Street area! Service was superb. They even have halal breakfast—not many choices but good enough for the price. Special thanks to Selena at reception, super friendly and helpful! Other staff also very nice. Will surely come back here if I visit Vietnam again
