We had little fruit flies in our room and spiders. It was quite noisy from the traffic and the trains so hard to sleep. Also the room above us we could hear them anytime they walked, not soundproofed well. Bed was comfortable but I had requested a double queen room with a kitchenette and only got a single queen bed. The kitchenette was very nice with all the kitchen accessories we needed to cook up a few meals during our stay. Tv was small and the cable cut out a lot during some programs no options for any streaming service, Netflix. Needs a larger parking lot.

Was the cleanest nicest motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Daughter had something missing from her room staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend highly

Kitchen was equipped, staff did not put my effort into service other then changing towels, AC unit was very noisy. Laundry did not work either

It's a Motel 6....it was clean, well located and the staff were friendly. Right on the highway so a bit noisy (we always pack ear plugs). Very close to several restaurants and fast food eateries.

My room was very clean when I got there for my 2 day stay. Housecleaning cleaned in my room the second day, it was very nice! Staff was friendly upon check-in.. There is no Breakfast, but the kitchenette in my room has everything I would need if I wanted to prepare a meal. I accidentally ordered a 2 bedroom suite on Expedia, but it was just myself. I had a full-size fridge in my room. The only downside of that room is that it is quite noisy because it is right beside the main highway in Cranbrook. The bed was very comfortable, each bedroom had a TV, there is no Tv or couch in the “living room” only a table and 3 chairs. There is no pool at this location, it has been filled in for at least two years. I just noticed on some of the pictures that it shows a swimming pool. Price was right, and I would stay again. This was my second time staying at this location, it’s a great location right on the main road, easy to get to, and close to restaurants and sporting facilities.

Nice old style motel. Clean room, quite large. Rather noisy shower fan and water was quite cool in shower late at night. By busy road but plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

On check in the man at the counter was adequately helpful and made the process painless. The location on the main road through town is a blessing and a curse, bring earplugs if you sleep light. The room had a little baby stove and kitchen which was OK. The coffee machine was welcome. The bad part was the cleanliness of everything. The shower was dirty af, and I woke up with someone else's hair on my head. As a bald man, I'm certain it wasn't mine. Spend the extra $20/night and go up a star.

I did not feel safe in this place

The room could use a top to bottom dusting as there are cobwebs and dust all over the walls and cupboard as well as what looks to be mold in the bathroom window. The minute we walked in, it smelt like sewerage and dirty rag. Came to realize that when you wash your hands in the bathroom, the kitchen sink filled with dirty water. I did tell the gentleman at the front desk however I felt like there was a huge language barrier. The plumbing did get fixed later that day. Overall was not a great stay and will not be going back.

There was black mold in the window sills & on the mattress protectors. Dirty rooms. Kitchen sink didn’t drain then would fill up when using the bathroom sink. When we told the owner about it, he was completely unconcerned. We had paid for 11 nights and asked for one free night due to the issues/health concerns we experienced. Instead of communicating with us, he kicked us out and cancelled the rest of our stay citing that I was refusing to pay. I unfortunately did not get a photo of the mattress protector before the owner took it. 10/10 do NOT recommend staying here.
