Good location, comfortable rooms and good sized shower. Really helpful reception staff.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to its rating. The bathroom had visible mold, which was extremely disappointing and made the stay feel unclean and poorly maintained. For the price and rating, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. That said, the location was very good and convenient for getting around. If you do decide to book here, I would recommend asking to stay on the newer side of the hotel, as it may be better maintained.

The lady at check in was really nice and helpful. There was a guy that was not real helpful. We ask that our shower be fixed and they said that they would get right to it but it was never fixed or we just didn’t know how to work it??? Having a breakfast that was included in our reservation was good because not a lot Of places were open for breakfast.

Friendly staff and helpful during arrival and our departure. We traveled with our kids and the staff made our stay stressful. We recommend this hotel and do see ourselves returning in the near future.

ABSOLUTE HORROR! Bed Bugs bit me all night. Didn’t realize what it was until the next morning. Took pictures of the bugs and my blood, showed staff. Shower didn’t work. A/C didn’t work. There was something beeping in the hall. The management hasn’t even bothered to reach out after 4 days since I checked out. Unbelievable. Save Yourself.

Stunning view and comfort.

We were lucky to have a large room - executive suite in building 4. However, being on the main road with very poor windows for soundproofing, it was almost impossible to sleep. The traffic is incessant all through the night. The room was adequate though - very big bathroom. Loads of products but no shower gel. Breakfast in the neighbouring restaurant was ok - cold outside though, and the quality of some items was low (many pastries felt a bit stale, boiled egg was extremely over done) but others were “ok”. Considering the restaurant promotes itself to the guests for dinner (with a discount), they should consider a better breakfast to give a good impression for the quality of the rest of their service. Hotel is tiny itself - reception area is tiny. I think other rooms are also quite small as heard guests complaining. Staff were not all that courteous to those people, but for us they were helpful enough. Good location for Naples water front. You can reach line 6 of the metro with a 10 min walk. Walked past some rooms in the hotel being cleaned and saw these famous hot tub corner baths in the middle of the room - they looked like a hindrance not a feature. Really odd! Overall, take ear plugs and book a room upgrade and you’ll have a decent enough location in a safe and clean part of the city.

Excellent staff they are all helpful and very responsive even the gentleman at the breakfast restaurant he is extremely courteous. Great service! The only thing was the fridge is not too cold and the lighting can be a little warmer than led bright light. Even the last request to get taxi was up to the expectation. Thank you Partenope Relais. I will come back to Naples I love the city everyone is very nice and has their personality.

The toilet was not working. We have to move from room to room and end up flashing toilet with the teapot

Beware if the rooms facing the busy street behind the hotel, very noisy traffic, hinking, etc. The room was large but pretty dated with black colour decor. No coffee in room or near hotel at all.

The jacuzzi in the room was a great idea and made the stay special, but everything else was also excellent

The Partenope Hotel offers a pleasant experience overall, but I found the price of the room I stayed in to be somewhat high considering its condition. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, earning a perfect score of 100%.

The showers are outside the bathroom and the water leaks out of the door into the hallway I'm guess there is mold underneath the carpet in the hallway because of that reason.
