This place was awful as far as any amenities for a hotel bar to enjoy. It was closed half the time the location was weird and the lighting was awful.

The hotel is a very good deal for the price. It is clean, has an excellent breakfast and the restaurant also has good food. It is in the center of Balneário Camboriú.

The hotel is good, the shower is not the best but works, the staff is amazing. The breakfast are not 100% inclusive, some days there’s no gluten free options except for a bread or a tapioca, not even the teas are gluten free, I wish they could have more gluten free options since Brasil have so many things that are gluten free. They could have yogurts gluten free, teas, cakes… except for this, the location is amazing and the staff too.

Hotel extremely crowded. Breakfast was chaotic, there wasn't even anywhere to sit. Garage difficult to access and poor service. The internet was slow and didn't work at various times, and the television didn't work on any channel.

Family vacation in Camboriu. Stay 5 nigths at SUBARA hotel. Breakfast was good, diverse every day. All so service was good. Dinner Ok, good service. Reception not the best services, not too informative about town atracction or even transport method, that after 2 days we realice that was for FREE. Passenger.brasaket was given the last day! Clean rooms was not the best. The hotel is remodeling, with noice and worker around, sometime was disturbing. Hotel have has good location, just 2 block diatance from central beach and on the main ave.

The rooms are good size and clean. The breakfast has a lot of varsity but the quality is not good huge Hotel with 19 floors and a convention center. Too big for my preference.

Check in: totally uninterested staff - I arrived earlier than the check in and make a specific request for the room. Left and came back later to find that my simple request was totally ignored. When back to the reception and was served by yet another very uninterested staff. The request (to join 2 single beds making a double bed) was resolved within 10 mins Cleanliness: very dirty, particularly bathroom (mold and dirty everywhere within the tiles, floor, sink). The water was yellow. It’s an ideal place for pigs Took pics to prove if but couldn’t add here in the review. We paid 2 nights and checked out after the first night.

Já me hospedei em outros hotéis de BC e, sem dúvida, o Sibara foi o melhor de todos. Equipe muito prestativa, limpeza do quarto muito boa, cama, travesseiros, toalhas muito cheirosas e limpas, as camareiras muito educadas e prestativas e o café da manhã muito bom com muita variedade. A área da piscina então, maravilhosa. Fui com a família, super recomendo. Voltaremos.

Excelente experiência, porém ao chegar ao quarto a pia estava entupida. Ao ligar para recepção, atenderam prontamente, mas poderia ter sido evitado. Na limpeza do quarto alguém teria percebido e poderia ter a proatividade de corrigir antes da liberação do quarto. Fora isto, tudo funcionou.
