Very nice hotel for the discounted price on Expedia . The rooms have a damp smell that did make me feel a bit uncomfortable but I got over it when it was time to sleep . Definitely one of the better hotels in chetumal .

The staff was as helpful as they could be, but the primary amenity needed was the Shuttle service to the airport, and it was not as advertised. Not available, in maintenance or generally just not there.

To be a Marriot hotel, it didn’t fulfill our expectations, the room was very small and outdated. We decided just to sleep since it was late at night and transfer to another hotel. Breakfast was decent.
