Great room and lovely bar & restaurant.

We always stay here when we visit Kempten. The hotel is very well run and offers a great choice of rooms. We usually book a garden room which is big enough for the two of us and our small dog. The rooms are comfy and clean, the staff welcoming, friendly and very professional. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and it is frequently topped up so very fresh. If I could change one thing it would be the pillows as I find them not very good.

Our 9the stay and it’s always a good one. The fact we can bring our dog is a bonus, safe parking is helpful for us too. Every visit is enjoyable, it’s centrally located and the staff are excellent. If there’s 1 thing I’d change it’s the pillows. I find them terribly uncomfortable, but that could just be me. Clean and comfortable overall and fantastic food on offer for breakfast.

We had a good stay. Bed a little small, but the breakfast more than made up for that!

Have stayed here so many times and have had brilliant service so it was a shock that checking out this time was a bit of a nightmare. We were just leaving our room at 11:08 when the phone rang, it was reception saying we were late checking out. Clearly stated on my reservation was noon. Arrived at reception and tried to explain why we didn’t vacate before 11:00 to be told that I was wrong and that check out was 11:00 See attached photo as proof. Not only did they mention a payment for late check out they then tried to charge me for the room that had already paid for when I booked. I understand that confusion happens but please address it with more consideration of your guest. Also please get some firmer pillows. I ask every visit. Still a fab hotel, all the other staff we’ve ever encountered have been courteous and accommodating and you always offer the best breakfast.

Location is excellent: shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. 10 minutes walk to the old town and tourist attractions. Helpful staff. Standard doble room with terrace is quite tight. Double bed is just ok although a small double size. There was a very small wardrobe with only few hangers and one shelf only. There were no other cabinets for clothes. Modern bathroom. However, there's a lack of some privacy due to its glass walls.

This is a most impressive hotel with welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast (it's a long time since I've had a fried egg in a hotel breakfast buffet). The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed and also with very good blackout blinds. As mentioned, there is no car parking on site, but the municipal car park is a minute's walk away and is safe and inexpensive (there is also a shopping centre car park a five-minute walk away). We will certainly be back here.

Everything was excellent except for a strange occasional vibration/noise in the ceiling. It would happen every 10 to 20 minutes. Sometimes loud enough to wake you during the night.

Our go to hotel when we stay in Kempten. Great rooms and facilities and always the best breakfast. The staff are incredibly helpful and it’s a pet friendly hotel that doesn’t charge the earth like others.

Wonderfull brekfast

Das Hotel ist sensationell. Was für mich nicht ok war, das bestellte Tartar im Restaurant war angemacht mit Kernen und einem Dressing. Der Fleischgeschmack war leider nicht mehr zu erahnen. Leider und schade für so ein teures Produkt. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert und klasse. Da passt wirklich alles, bis auf die nicht vorhandenen eigenen Parkplätze. Aber man findet etwas in der nahen Umgebung. Man kann sein Gepäck vor dem Hotel ausladen und woanders parken. Ein paar Minuten laufen schadet niemanden. Von da aus erreicht man auch alles bequem zu Fuss.

Good , dependable hotel with good service. The rooms are a little small though and the beds could be better. They are too soft and give rise to back pain.

In difficult covid times, the hotel staff made my stay as comfortable as possible and without fuss. My only gripe is that the evening room service menu is limited during the lockdown period, so became a little repetitive.

The hotel is very modern and convenient but the beds were typical uncomfortable German twin beds and the AC barely cooled the room. There was no mini frig but the bar was great about providing ice, and fortunately we had our own kettle and fan. When we arrived there was no street parking but we were told if we parked in the garage across the street it would be only 9 euros for the day, which we paid to the hotel in advance. They told us to bring the parking ticket to them before leaving. When we did the one at reception did not know what to do with it but told us there would "be someone at the garage to let us out". We could not get out of the garage without paying the 15 euros in the garage. This was very annoying and I immediately called the hotel to have them take the 9 euros off the credit card.

Hotel is a great practical room for a short term stay or business trip. Breakfast is excellent. Shopping Centre directly across the road
