A truly wonderful stay at this golf hotel. The property is beautiful — well-maintained grounds, elegant interiors, and attention to detail throughout. The room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. What really stood out was the staff’s flexibility — they kindly arranged a late checkout for us without any hassle, which made a big difference. The restaurant experience was also a highlight: great food, attentive service, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a round of golf. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the amenities to the overall cleanliness of the property. It’s clear the team takes genuine pride in their work. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip. Highly recommended for golfers and leisure travelers alike!

AC was very noisy , vending machine was not working. Told staff, said they would look into it, didn’t give me an alternative.

We stayed in one of the new cabins on the property. So quiet and peaceful being right on the golf course. The bed was super comfortable and nicely decorated. We wished there was at least salt and pepper, oil and paper towels. Some basics to be able to cook. Thrifty foods is not far but having to buy basics when travelling is a bit of an inconvenience as we were only there 2 nights.

It is affordable and clean

Beautiful place and beautiful resort, but the rooms could need some upgrading. The bed was extremely soft like you were sleeping in a hole. New bed definitely needed. I in the bed. The resort was beautiful.

Clean everywhere with comfortable beds!

Staff were pleasant and the room was well cared for and comfortable. Grounds are park-like. When I asked to confirm if the room faced the golf course and had a patio, the front desk person did not seem to know and said if the picture on the web said it did then it did. We noticed a few glitches in the restaurant with people beside us informed there was some confusion with their order resulting in a long delay, and our wait staff saying she forgot to enter one of our orders. The resulting delay affected the preparation of the other order. They did correct it. Also, someone was doing something involving a machine on the golf course at 6:40 a.m. which woke us up. Perhaps this is to be expected if staying at this type of location.

Our room was very clean, all bedding was fresh looking and in pristine condition. Room service on day 2 was perfect.

Resort is visually wonderful, from check in to the room. The resort picks up the taxi cost from airport or ferry terminal. There are too many annoying lights (A/C unit, cable box) that stay on when trying to sleep. Meals at the resort are expensive. Otherwise, it is a very nice place to stay.

I just loved the cottages! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom was perfect. A private bedroom and living room with a small deck overlooking the golf course and wooded area. I will definitely stay in them next I go to Comox. The staff were all very helpful and nice. The ladies who took care of the cottages were wonderful. Especially (I’ve forgotten her name…… reddish hair and glasses) I locked myself out twice🙄🙄 and since she knew I was there she opened my door and was so funny and nice about it. The check in was a bit slow but I think one of the front desk people was very new. Overall I would give the review 5*. Thanks Crown Isle for a lovely stay!
