1. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you are travelling with a baby. We heard footsteps middle of the night from people above us and was not able to sleep. 2. I had left for the day around 9:30am and requested for my room to be arranged. I came back at 4pm only to find out my room hasn’t been made, the only thing that was done was new towels for the washroom Front desk assured me that they did my room but i kept on telling her that it was not done so she called maintenance team to do it and then told me that it will be done. Nobody came and it was 4:20. Maintenance is from 12pm to 4pm. I was disappointed.

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour au Cofortel. Les chambres sont bien décorées, propres, lits confortables. On a même un accès direct à notre chambre à partir du stationnement. Situé près de plusieurs restaurants et commerces. On peut aussi procéder à l’enregistrement et au départ en ligne, ce qui accélère le processus. Le déjeuner est bien, style continental et la salle d’entraînement est bien aussi, avec 3 appareils cardio ainsi que des poids libres, qui fonctionnent bien. Je reviendrai assurément!

A decent average hotel - clean, tidy, quiet and the staff were helpful. I was permitted a one-hour extension on the checkout time with no problem. The hotel does not have a restaurant or a bar which limits its attraction. Breakfast was basically continental self service with a fair variety of options

Excellent, Ana is the best

It is worth the price since it was much cheaper then other hotels in the area. We didn’t like the temperature in the room. It wouldn’t go up higher than 21C, which was still pretty cold. It was very cold outside, and whenever we opened the door the temperature would drop immediately to 19C. The room lighting was pretty poor and breakfast didn’t have much options. Nothing worm. We ended up going out for breakfast almost everyday.

Air Canada cancelled my flight and I called and you wouldn’t reimburse or give credit voucher

Staff was very kind and helpful, the room was in perfect condition and neat. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it was up to the mark.

Courteous staff, rooms and property are clean, good location. Close to shopping. Breakfast room is big and well maintained. Lot of free parking. There is a good commercial toaster and grill however I found breakfast choice to be limited…only boiled eggs. No scrambled or omelette eggs, no sausage. Tip: there is a train track at back of hotel and busy street at front. If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping. Pick a room on 2nd floor somewhere in middle of hotel.
