Breakfast menu was good and always replenished. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size but could do with a thorough deep clean around the toilet in particular. There was a used plaster by the television that had been missed.

Easy walking to the city .

Hotel and rooms were ok… there was a lingering smell in the room. Beds were good, but tiny pillows - had to ask for more which they gave.

Clean room, good variety of breakfast options and excellent and helpful staff!

Room wasn’t great for sleeping there’s a issue with when it rains, sounds like a load drum being played from a big leak on the outside of window ,I even had ear plugs in and it kept us awake all night

Needed to be able to walk to Kelham island. Hotel was close and comfortable. Reception desk staff very helpful, easy parking.

Room and staff were excellent breakfast was everything you could ask for.
