The room was extremely clean and beautifully updated. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the food was excellent. It’s close to the city center and easy to grab the ski bus. We will stay again!

Staff were wonderful -- at reception, breakfast and dinner. Rooms were kept spotless. Food was great.

Nice hotel and room. The only issue was that our room was right next to the lobby area, where people stayed talking until midnight, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I especially liked how the breakfast was.served rather than a help yourself. The room was comfortable. It was a great location to walk into Cortina. Less than five minutes you were in the downtown area. We didn’t have any of our dinners at the restaurant as it had fine dining options. The view was fantastic.

Very comfortable. We loved watching the sheep being heard off the deck. Breakfast was delicious and the women that served us were very pleasant.

Parking in front of the property was very convenient…other than that: Extremely disappointing place to stay. Very small room titled “romantic room” on steep 2 flights of narrow staircases (hard to climb with luggage). Very unfriendly and never smiling unwelcoming staff. The same unfriendly staff serves strangely laid out breakfast by putting on your plate limited items from the buffet style breakfast which you need to point to get. Everything was a leftover from the day(s) before and was tasteless and stale. Dry coconut ricotta cake, tasteless watery diluted yogurt, cold mini omelette. Coffee had a burnt terrible smell and, when at the neighbors table they asked for a second cup, the waitress said it would be at an additional cost after this. Busy construction in front of the hotel going on ALL DAY long. Pretty expensive property for what is being offered here.

No shower was hot enough. Staff was not friendly. I will not stay this hotel if I visit next time.

Great spot a few minutes away from the center of the city. Everyone that worked there was very nice and it was great to have parking on site.

I wish they were little friendlier to customers. We enjoyed the room. Couldn’t enjoy the breakfast because we had to catch early am bus and breakfast starts only at 7:30. Hard to sleep because it is close to the road. Beautiful location

We stayed here for a few nights and I was pretty frustrated by the end of it. We booked about 2 weeks in advance and only one room was left, which was probably the worst one. The room was on the main floor, near the road and directly below the stairs -- which meant that we could hear people going up and down all night. The room was also above the restaurant, which meant that people would come outside and smoke right below our window during dinner. When the restaurant closed, the kitchen staff came outside to smoke and talk until about 11:30pm. Since there was no air conditioning (which makes sense for the mountains), we kept having to closing the window to avoid smoke and overhearing loud conversation in our room, then open it again to try to cool the room down.
