This Hotel had great staff. The location was great, close to beach and shops. We paid extra for the breakfast and it was well worth the money.

Nice staff and great location but room was dusty and had hair on the chairs, bathroom was dirty too. Water was blistering hot and they still have old style taps of cold and hot, and when cold tap stopped working it was tough. Also WiFi was terrible in our room!

The hotel is well decorated in the main areas. Bedroom was well decorated although bathroom older. Slept well. Quiet. Breakfast man was friendly and polite. Check in easy.

Filled with interesting art, this incredibly spacious hotel in Eastbourne is steps from the coast. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our huge room was a former front parlour with a king bed and sitting area. Free parking pass was appreciated.

A very nice place artwork was good food excellence, close to theatres and beach.

Great location for the theatre. Bonus that the hotel has a lift. Very basic room. I had a single which had a 50" TV in it ! Poor quality bedding. Pillows were VERY thin and uncomfortable. No pillow protectors on them.Very reasonably priced breakfast. Quiet.

Clean and peaceful

Love it here. Rooms are always cosy and stylish. Big tv. Powerful shower. Sparkling clean.Comfortable bed with good bedding. The manager is so friendly and very efficient.

Overall it was a very good stay at this hotel. Highlights for me were the full English breakfast and the very helpful and friendly staff.

Very well situated local shops within 5 minutes walk 15 minutes walk from pier 10 minutes walk from town centre . For the price room was clean but a mattress had few stains and some of beading at floor to wall broken . But comfortable bed tv and well stocked tea and coffee items . They also do a breakfast for £8.75 which for the amount they have was worth the money and well cooked with good choice
