Great location if you’re leaving on a ferry to Rhodes. Room good comfortable bed & pillow. A little noisy at night as your right on the waterfront but didn’t keep us up for long. The bathroom is clean although the shower grotty from mould. Hardware like bedside table and bathroom vanity tacky & peeling. One night enough!

This property has some benefits. It is centrally located near the old town and the ferry terminal, has parking, and provides great views of the harbour. But this property also has several significant issues that made us regret staying there. Generally, the property is dated, run-down and in poor repair. This includes the rooms, which are well overdue for an overhaul. This is, put simply, not a nice hotel. There were also specific failings. Our air conditioning failed to cool the room more than a few degrees less than the outside air temperature—meaning it was very hot in our room—and the doors to the balcony did not seal tightly. This contributed to the heat, but more than that, it meant that the room was very noisy. The hotel overlooks a busy plaza and festivities go late into the night. The room did not come with a fitted sheet and a top sheet was used instead, which meant the sheet pulled off the mattress easily. The pillows were well past their useful life and were clumpy and worn. The mini fridge did not cool beverages. The bathroom was very dimly lit. The walls were scuffed and chipped. This was not a pleasant stay. This hotel has potential, but serious changes are needed. I recommend not staying here.

We could walk to the fish market and select a fish to be cooked for supper. Fantastic marina view from our room. Slightly unpleasant smell in bathroom!

I stayed in the room with jacuzzi. Was amazing! The view was gorgeous & the room and bathroom was so spacious. I would definitely recommend and will look forward to staying at this hotel again if I'm in Fethiye for sure.

Stayed one night at the hotel. The first room (203) we were given had a consistently electronic sound. The front desk found us another room on the 4th floor, which was quiet. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Parking is easy. A lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

The Orka is located right in the Centre of Fethiye. It was incredibly convenient for the marina, the old town, the promenade and there were many dining options within a few hundred metres. The staff were very helpful when it came to on site parking which is limited but they were very accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable if a little small, but in my opinion still great value for money being so central. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Inflated pricing for dump in city center, great location poor condition for the property, i even asked if they will update the building, front desk personnel declined and looked at me as if I insulted him. I appear that the owner has no money
