The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Also, close to the Catholic Church. The room was neat and clean, with the heater excellent during our Winter stay. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected, with the sheets being a bit hard. The price was phenomenal, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The water was lovely and hot, and the water pressure was great. My four kids and wife were happy with the two rooms.

We stayed in the spa room and were extremely impressed with the size of the room and the cleanliness. The pillows were so much better than the usual lumps of fluff you get at most motels. The king sized bed was comfortable. We were very happy they supplied crockery and cutlery. The Manager was very helpful and friendly. The was ample parking on site.

This property is brilliant!! Staff very friendly and helpful, room was a great size and immaculate, great shower, comfy bed and quiet. As a bonus, very easy access to the Yarra Valley and the Dandenong Ranges. We will be back!!

Nice place to stay. Huge room and the spa was a bonus. The TV reception wasn't great when it rained.

Horrable dont speak very good english left me and my young children in the cold while they worked ouf issue with the booking.

Clean, spacious and comfortable Was kind of hoping for a spa and swim in the pool. Didn’t realise it was shut down. But other than that the property was clean tidy and amenities were nice. Thanks for an enjoyable stay

Great location for visiting family in Lilydale for New Year's Eve. This is the fourth year I have stayed and always find the accommodation clean and comfortable. The rates are good and I just happened to receive an upgrade this year. I would intend booking a room again for next year.

Stayed 4 nights and any service was by personal request. Room was spacious and tidy and clean. Shower over spa provided hot water but handheld rose leaked water heavily around tiled splash back to spa. Easy self-parking in front of room. Motel fronted Main Street/Maroondah Highway and is close to Coles and terrific Thai restaurant.

It was ok
