Lots of amenities in a senior adult hotel. Although the breakfast buffet was good, the overpriced dinner buffet with watery frozen vegetables and few options was a real disappointment. Not to mention the buffet was picked over within the hour We walked to town for the remainder of our dinners. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice spa and fitness room. The breakfast was the best. Convenient location to walk to the city center. Check in was a negative. Receptionist failed to inform us that luggage can be brought in at the reception desk. We drove to parking lot and found it to be a long uphill struggle to get our luggage to the back door Should be standard procedure for the receptionist to properly inform guests checking in about this.

this is my second stay at the Parkhotel CUP VITALIS. excellent service and great facilities. Only a short walk into Bad Kissingen

Hotel is very nice inside. Top class. Hotel food is better than typical hotel food. Breakfast was awesome. English was spoken at reception which was useful. Did not know how all of the spar stuff worked - but a lot of people were using the facilities. Good location. Was not too far from town and local restaurants. Room rate was good. Would stay again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the majority of the guests were in their 80’s. They offered a good selection at breakfast but I would have liked to see more fresh fruit.

Very pleasent stay, close to central town, quiet location. Good facilities hotel staff very pleasent and helpful. Although the hotel is modern contemporary it Appears the older generation like this hotel, we are in our 50's and definitely were the youngest there. Bit difficult to find especially at night time.

Hotel room of moderate size but very clean. Breakfast not bad but nothing very special. Hotel a bit overpriced but other hotels in Bad Kissingen are also pricey.

Quiet location and nice facility. There was internet service (in parts of the City because of problems) but the staff didn't seem to think it was a major issue. There was no urgency in trying to get the problem fixed quickly.

Vbreakfast was very plentiful and good. Spa treatment very enjoyable. Newer facilities. Shuttle bus very convenient. Enjoyed the upgrade.

Ich habe leider sehr unfreundliches Personal erlebt ausser an der Hotelbar. Wenn man morgens nicht um halb 10 aus dem Zimmer draussen ist, entscheidet das Zimmermädchen, dass das Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt wird. An der Rezeption wurde ich von 2 Kollegen sehr schroff angemault, ich solle "halt runter gehen", wenn ich Fragen habe zum Restaurant habe (das befindet sich unterhalb der Rezeption und ich wollte gern einen Tisch reservieren), am Anreisetag! Statt mir kurz zu erklären wie ich dort hin komme wurde ich sehr unfreundlich von 2 MA angemault in einem Tonfall, der unter aller Kanone war (4 Sterne Hotel!) Zudem ist es ein SPA Hotel. Ich hatte keine Badeschlappen in meinem Zimmer, keinen unbegrenzten Zugang zu Handtüchern. 4 Sterne Hotel und weder im Zimmer noch im SPA eine Flasche Wasser, kein Kühlschrank. Ausgeschrieben ist das Hotel als adults only. Man sollte wissen, dass die Hotelgäste wirklich sehr erwachsen sind, das Durchschnittsalter liegt weit über 70. Was absolut ok ist aber ein Hinweis darauf wäre schön gewesen. Da es mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, habe ich meinen Urlaub einen Tag früher abgebrochen. Frage an der Rezeption "war alles in Ordnung bei Ihnen", habe ich mit NEIN beantwortet, interessierte keinen. Fazit: ich habe über 200€ die Nacht bezahlt in einem 4 Sterne Hotel, das meiner Meinung nach keinen guten Service und Ausstattung bietet. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, kann, kann es nicht empfehlen und werde da sicher auch nie wieder hinfahren.

Doppel Zimmer der höchsten Kategorie super, lediglich einen Kühlschrank habe ich vermisst. Der SPA Bereich ist toll.

Von außen macht das Hotel einen altbackenen Eindruck. Innen ist es aber super schön und liebevoll.

Essen, Zimmer, Saunabereich, Schwimmbäder, Umgebung, Personal etc.: Alles allerbestens. Absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das war nicht mein erster und nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
