The staff managing the glamping site was super friendly and helpful!!!! Had a lot of fun during my stays despite the hot weather, and I even got help from the staff who took care of my belongings within the glamping tent during rainstorms!! Huge shoutout to Shingo san who helped manage my glamping site booking!

Nice view, nice hotel clean and tidy

All staff are kind and friendly, the location is next to the ski area. Large room size. The location is a little far from the Echigo Station & the city center but no need to worry, they provide free shuttle according to schedule and if out of schedule they can help to call a taxi.

The place is awesome Great Onsen and the food was delicious both breakfast and dinner Rooms are huge and very comfy I had two bedrooms but the other room heating was not working properly Overall it is beautiful 😍❤️😘🤗 Will come again
