The property is nothing like the photos. After the first night we saw no staff at all. The room and pool were just ok. The patio area was nice, but still looked nothing like the photos. Felt very much like a bait and switch.

Great staff great location

I would stay at this hotel again. This was a comfortable hotel with nice clean rooms. Our room was a bit dated but the manager stated that they are phasing in modern upgrades over the next couple of years. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. The pool area was relaxing with ample seating. The hotel had nice flowers throughout. The couple of downsides were minimal amenities and the towels were clean but not as plush as in some hotel rooms. Also, no ice machine or breakfast. Restaurants are close though. A nice hotel for the price.

Very approachable staff and owners. Courtyard pool kept clean and some floating devices supplied. Amble parking Kitchen could be better supplied in the older suites. Beautiful new family rooms and upper level for dining and lounging.

We were very happy with the room, staff and the property. Nice walk to everything we needed.

The staff were very courteous and helpful when it came to replacing a lost key card, later found at the bottom of the pool. Rented a room for a family of six, but only found 3 cups. The air conditioner in the main room should be upgraded to a digital thermostat. The soap bars were awful and left a film on the body. I’m being nit-picky here, but would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again if in the area.

Unit was clean and very quiet. Must have good windows and insulation. Clean towels every day. We were only there for 4 nights. Good pool and lots of chairs, tables and loungers. Good parking and close to golf course. Only drawback was had to drive to either lake.

very helpful and accommodating. we were arriving late so they left us a card and it’s very much appreciated. although parking was limited, and tight. other than that it’s great!

The stay was good. We got to bring our dogs with us which was great.

Please recheck this for safety. * The kitchen fan was very noisy, so I preferred to turn it off. * The air-conditioning system was excellent and worked very well. * Thank you to the management and staff for their hospitality and assistance. * I enjoyed my stay there ,and would prefer to stay here again next year.

I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel. The pricing was misleading and far from transparent. The listing advertised a room with 3 queen beds and an occupancy of 6, which led us to believe it could comfortably accommodate six guests. However, at check-in, we were told the advertised rate only covered 2 adults, despite the room being listed for six occupants. We were also surprised to learn that children do not stay free. On top of the increased nightly rate, we were charged additional fees and taxes for every extra guest, making the final bill significantly higher than expected. The occupancy policy and pricing were confusing and not clearly explained. After driving 10 hours, we were exhausted and simply wanted to check in and rest. Instead, the receptionist repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain my understanding of the booking. He laughed at me, mocked my interpretation of the pricing, and dismissed my concerns rather than trying to help. His attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the room was overpriced for its condition. It was dirty, the bed sheets did not appear to be clean, and there was still garbage left behind from the previous guests, showing that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
