Room was clean, front desk was helpful. May not stay here again, only because i need a microwave and fridge. But otherwise it is very well located

We had a big suite (we got upgraded) with full kitchen and seating area. The water was all lukewarm (not hot), but otherwise all was good.

Comfy beds and clean rooms- unprofessional staff who could use some pointers on customer service- and how to greet and welcome guests in and out through the day. Rental car company in small hotel lobby overwhelms the place and disregard guests as an impediment to their not very friendly services.

I had a good stay at Principe suite. The hote,l room and bathroom were very clean and presented well. Staff were helpful . Good llocation in Panama city. I would recommend if you are travelling to Panama.

Location was great, walkable, close to variety of restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. I wished the rooms had refrigerator and better WiFi.

Room was spacious and clean. But we had no water from 9 pm first night til late afternoon the second day. Inexcusable. No way to wash or flush the toilet. Like hotelling it a third world country.
