Reception closes from 12 to 7 and the elevator as well. If you have to checkout between those hours expect to carry your bags down and there is no safe place to leave the key. Also, hallway is really dark. You have to push a button for lights but it is not right next to the stairs or the elevator, so you have to walk in the dark finding the button.

Great location with rapid access to the old town

Thr best thing was that I had a private balcony with a nice view. There was a lift to my room and the 'slide' for the suitcase up to the reception was so useful. The hotel was very convenuent for the old town and a safe area to walk around in the evening and at night. Local restaurant Oiseau was just perfect with my favourite dish 'aioli'.

Chambre agréable au deuxième étage avec un balcon et une jolie vue dégagée sur la cour au dessus des toits. Au calme (nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte), avec une deuxième porte dans la chambre ce qui permet de s'isoler encore plus des bruits éventuels du couloir. En revanche salle de bain très étroite, difficile de sortir de la douche sans se contortionner pour éviter d'un côté le mur avec un radiateur au sol épais et de l'autre les wc. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture au parking. Et même si les chambres doivent être libérées pour 11h, nous avons pu bénéficier de notre place jusqu'à 14h30. Très appréciable.

Parking is always easy. The staff helps you go inside and out if the parking gets completed! Great!!!

The room was a small box with no character. At night an outdoor light came on out the window and shone brightly into the room. The breakfast was fine, basic, but fresh. The parking was awkward and very very dark - I was assured the neighbourhood safe, but I was not comfortable walking into the open underground parking.

We had stayed at this hotel three times before , however on this occasion, we found the check-in staff rude and unhelpful, doing the bear minimum for the guests, room had bed bugs as well! we won't be staying there anymore

Great little hotel with friendly, helpful staff in a central location. Their underground parking is wonderful, too. This is the first time I stayed in their rooms in the courtyard and was surprised that the walls are apparently made of nothing at all, as I could hear everything happening in the rooms around me and above me! But otherwise it was the perfect place.

the hotel is well located but very old,tired, cramped and generally shoddy. the rooms look nothing like the photos.

Staff was nice and helpful. However if you are sensitive to smell this might not be for you. The odor is hard to describe, some what similar to old basement. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

We booked a standard room at Le Concorde because we loved the location and the photos. Upon arrival we realized that room 308 is inadequate: first of all it smelled like a toilet that wasn't flushed, and secondly the shower was about the size of an MRI machine, probably smaller. We went to reception asking to be moved to another room, but were told that hotel was totally booked. We ended up moving to Grand Hotel Roi Rene, as it was absolutely impossible to stay at Le Concorde in the room we were given, and we didnt get any hep from the front desk. The fact that this room goes as "Standard" just shows how low the management standards are. Shameful!
