Excelente hotel, muy limpio los empleados muy atentos y el desayuno abundante y delicioso

El personal es muy cordial y servicial . Y cerca de Bellas Artes y centro histórico .

The bed spread was dirty. The TV was on one channel and only in Spanish with out any instructions Spanish or English on how to change the channel. I tried to change it with the remote even the volume didn't work. The remote only turned it on and off. The only good thing was that is had hot water. Thankfully.

Cleaning was the best part of it our rooms were always properly maintained, staff was welcoming and heplful in every situation.

An uncomfortable issue repeatedly with the access cards for the elevators. We needed to go and verify them at least twice, two days straight. A small annoyance but something to verify internally to improve the experience.

Es un buen hotel, el personal es muy amable y servicial, el desayuno muy rico y muy buena fruta con yogourth y granola y algunos topins. Los jugos no son muy buenos pero esta bien para la ocasión. Muy limpio el hotel y muy céntrico,

The toilet was clogged. I was tired and decided not ask for a different room.
