Great location. Wonderful staff & hotel

Brilliant weekend for my daughters wedding there, stayed there a few times, lovely and clean, staff excellent, rooms amazing, had everything you need, will be going back again and again, the whole thing could not have been better.

Just absolutely gorgeous from the wonderful service to the lovely room to the food and drink. Would come back again!

Far from city center but taxis easily available or can walk about 30-40 minutes to waterfront area. The breakfast is pricey for what is offered, which is a mediocre buffet with lines for coffee service. The thermal spa n the basement is nice for some relaxation. Having a coffee or drink in the lounge area or on the water is very nice. The menu of the restaurant is nice. The old warehouse building with its high ceilings and wide open spaces is great if one likes this kind of architecture, which for me was a big plus, so I didn’t mind taking taxis. The room I had was very quiet and the mattress was super comfortable. Overall the room was spacious and relaxing to rest. The bathroom shower and bath tub were also excellent. The gym was sufficient for me and quite clean. No machines seemed broken. I would stay again but breakfast elsewhere.

Stunning hotel that captures the feeling of being on a ship perfectly. Staff and service were excellent, you will feel taken care of here.

Room was very quiet, mattress was very comfortable, lounge area by water was delightful to have a cafe or beverage, love the old warehouse structure and ceiling heights, love the sound of gulls nearby throughout the stay (except at night), gym was sufficient and the thermal spa was very relaxing.

Great, but its a long way from city centre by foot

Our stay at The Titanic was absolutely perfect. From check in to check out it wasn't anything other than a pleasant experience. The property itself is something special, full of character and creativity. The staff are all superb and nothing is too much trouble.

The hotel was lovely staff was very friendly and the food in Stanley bar was well presented and steak was cooked just right 👍

Everything from start to finish was perfect. Gorgeous room, perfect area to sit with a glass of wine outside. Staff were fabulous and the food/lunch was amazing. Honestly, already booking our next trip - thank you

Excellent hotel for a city break. Rooms are huge and well appointed. Nice to be able to sit by the water and have a drink of their private terrace. The spa was a lovely addition and affordable at an additional £20 per person per day. It is in the docklands so walkable to that area but a bit farther into town. Taxis are affordable so we didn't mind at all.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, great staff, rooms are lovely and spacious. Breakfast selection was great.

Beautiful hotel! The most spacious bedrooms, supremely comfortable beds. Stunning bar, dining areas. Very helpful attentive staff. The Spa was sadly a little disappointing as this was the main reason i booked the hotel. It was crowded, no beds available in the pool area, room temperature was so hot and the pool was like a hot bath which is fine if you can cool off but unfortunately, and very surprisingly there was NO cold plunge pool? No cold water bucket? One poolside cold shower. Steam room great, Sauna was tiny, infa red room great. I love the heat but need to cool down inbetween. Womens changing rooms had hair dryers and straighteners which was great, but had run out of conditioner in the showers which was frustrating. Thankfully the rest of our stay was amazing so overall I am still happy I chose this hotel.
