Room was lovely apart from the extractor fan being on constantly, we were also woken by the moving of barrells early morning as the room was really noisy Breakfast and Breakfast staff were lovely Spa - disappointing as we werent told it was fully booked all week when we arrived, we went to speak with the Spa team and was told we couldn't even use the pool either as this was also fully booked all week Upon checkout we're weren't asked about our stay to mention any of this either.

Problem with staff taking drinks orders and paying attention to customer. Spa over booked and cost to use. Overall hotel is a good stay but is a bit out of the way from Liverpool City Centre.

Usually first class service but this time it was lack lustre for someone who stays there often. Poor customer service from staff who did not even attempt to take our drinks order and then the Spa was over booked and you had to pay to use the facilities. Would definitely look for an alternative venue next time, note to management guests should not be charged .. period.

We stayed 1 night and wished we had booked to sray longer. The rooms

The hotel was cold, the bar and restaurant downstairs were cold and so was my room, also not helped that my air-con worked the first night I stayed and then failed on the second night. It is an okay hotel, however could be much better with a little help.

Pillows were a tad uncomfortable but the Hotel was fantastic. Our room was huge and very comfortable indeed. Excellent staff. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Liverpool. (Everton were playing on the Tuesday night, ALL the roads were closed and it was difficult to get back to the hotel after a day out at Albert Dock)

Beautiful hotel and the rooms were massive. My only complaint was that hotel guests have to pay £20 to use the swimming pool as it includes the whole spa experience, I just wanted a 20 minute swim before breakfast so wasn't prepared to pay £20

Just fabulous as usual. Lovely Sunday lunch in the restaurant. Met up with family members for lunch and have made plans to come back for afternoon tea sometime in the future. The room was brilliant and breakfast was just fabulous .
