Great location & service- friendly helpful staff. Amenities provided for a 3 star hotel is pretty good - microwave, fridge, cutlery & plates plus the usual. Room a good size for pax 2 with balcony & huge TV screen. Cleanliness is commendable with fresh towels provided daily. Cross street to enter into Westfield shopping centre & 10 mins walk to Miranda train station - easy connect to Wolli Creek to Sydney airport. Older premises - sound proofing needs to be overhauled & gaps sealed esp in shower/toilet area. Could hear external room chatter, street traffic & strange clunking noises. Only intermittent which i could ignore but light sleepers may have issues. Otherwise - good central place to stay. Check in entry is via side vehicle ramp to reception. Then use room coded card for ground level entry/exit. Piggies Cafe at street level is excellent for coffee & eats.

A good-value, comfortable stay for four nights. Rooms are adequate and the balcony, albeit small, gives an open-air feel. Rooms are serviced daily and are clean. The shared facilities ( lounge, laundry, outdoor seating) is a nice benefit. Location is very close to big shopping centres and public transport. A minor issue is initial access is only from the car park until you have a security token from reception.

Overall, the perfect budget stay! Our only down point was how bright the rooms were in the mornings - curtains weren’t good and I woke up at sunrise when it was my first chance for a lie-in in a while! We also got an ‘upgrade’ for a big bed, which was great, but it meant we didn’t get our balcony - no complaints because we got there at night but others might be bothered. It was very affordable, clean enough although not spotless but honestly great for what we paid. Bed was comfy! bathroom was nice also - lots of lotions and potions available which was great. There’s even a microwave and a kettle, cutlery etc in the room. The staff were all super friendly, parking available, and could also leave our luggage when we checked out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

My daughter recently stayed here for a school excursion and accidentally left her new jeans behind. The team went above and beyond. They contacted the school to track us down, arranged our address, and had the jeans posted back to us within days. Their honesty and effort did not go unnoticed. It’s so reassuring to see a team that genuinely cares. A big thank you to Tara and the team for your prompt action and outstanding service, we truly appreciate it!

The hotel is looking very tired and is due for a refresh, particularly of the public areas. The lifts are old, grotty and slow. Our room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
