I stayed at Super Inn 5 on May 23, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I arrived from the airport about one hour before check-in. Even though it appeared that rooms were available, I was still charged an additional $38 for early check-in. When I reached the hotel, it was raining heavily with strong wind. I was struggling with my luggage outside, but the staff at reception did not offer any help. One staff member also did not properly guide me to the reception entrance and instead directed me to the wrong side of the property. Because of this, my luggage got wet in the rain. When I asked the receptionist for help, his response was rude and unprofessional. After a long trip, guests expect basic courtesy and support, but I did not feel welcomed or respected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. It was a stressful and unpleasant stay, and I would suggest other travellers think carefully before booking here.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay from May 10–11, 2025. Considering the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation. The hotel felt outdated, the room door was difficult to close properly, making us uncomfortable leaving personal belongings inside, and the receptionist on duty was not helpful when we raised the issue. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned, as we found hair on the floor from previous guests. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the guest experience.

Bad exeperience

Pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms . Showers were not shown in the booking which should've been the start of a red flag. Built up black mold in the crevasses were found in the corners of the shower, a small one tube of a 2in1 shampoo nd conditioner for a 2 double room. Sheets were dirty and not cleaned even upon a known arrival. This inn is not worth booking as there is also lamps with stains as well as walls. Don’t spend your money here, scam of an experience.

The carpet was durty and not vacccum at all. I forgot jewellery in the room and when i came back to pick it up, it was gone. You expedia vouche dor those people and we are supposed to trust you!! I will ask for a refund. Bye

Will not recommend this hotel.

The room wasn't completely clean and the TV wasn't working; I called the front desk to let them know, but no one came to fix it. They should train their staff better so they can provide better service. The front desk clerk was very friendly, which is very important, but there are many aspects of the service that need improvement.

Great spot close to alot of grocery stores and a convenient gas station next door. The beds were amazing for sleeping and clean. There were a couple of towels that had some stains on them and when we turned on the TV there was a giant line going through the middle of it (from top to bottom).

Onsite Parking was great! It was also quiet and peaceful. Good for the price.

Staff was excellent. Beds were comfortable fresh and clean. Wall and trim needed cleaning and fresh paint. Only 1 wash cloth for 3 guest. Staff accomodated our needs.

The mini fridge wasn't working and I didn't realize till the next morning. I had insulin that went warm and was unusable.

Room 224 - one of the sinks was blocked, could only properly use the other one.

The hotel was okay overall, but the cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. In the bathroom, there was what appeared to be a used bandage or medical tape left attached near the shower handle, probably from a previous guest, and it was clearly never cleaned properly. That was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Because of this experience, we will never stay here again.
