The rooms should be well cleaned before checking guests in.

We booked the room just for 1 night. The staff was nice however our room was not. The pictures showed a nice room but looks may be deceiving. Bed sheets had stains, bathroom was questionable, tv was damaged and mold on walls. With some upkeeping it can be good but this time its a major downer.

The manager of this hotel is very nasty, as is the staff member, whose name is Divya. When I was given a room, she changed four rooms in 15 minutes. The air conditioning in all four rooms was faulty.And washroom was also very dirty

The hotel met my basic need of having a place to stay for one night, and the location was convenient. However, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. I noticed some stains on the bed sheets, and the bathroom could have been in better condition. I am particularly sensitive to cleanliness and organization, so these details stood out to me. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but I would encourage the property to invest more attention in housekeeping and upkeep, as it would greatly improve the guest experience.

DO NOT DO IT! I usually help my 20 year old son pick hotels and he wanted to pick one on his own. It was run down, there were “sketchy people” everywhere, you could hear yelling and moaning through the walls. He and his pregnant fiancé opted the 4 hour home rather than stay in a place they didn’t feel safe.

Great place! Didn't expect it at first because its too affordable that time (discounted price) but had a great stay.

Nothing about the property was good They advertised airport transfer in the description. They do not accommodate that ! I had to pay for taxi to and from airport . Price for hotel was outrageous for what I got . Very very unkept , dirty hotel. The room I was assigned wasn't even clean, dirty towels scattered on the floor. Bed sheets on the floor .Bathroom wasn't clean. It was terrible. There are no healthy snacks at front desk area . No elevators , so I had to struggle getting my heavy suitcase up the stairs. The positive was the male staff member at the desk. He was so kind to me and empathetic when I was in tears at the desk when I seen the condition of the room. I had the worst day with flight cancellations and delays . The condition of that hotel topped it off to a more aweful day !

The building was old but rooms had been updated at some point. Rooms were clean and cannot say how nice and accommodating the staff was. Felt safe and overall a decent place to stay. Reasonably priced for Toronto and only 5 miles from airport (you’ll need to Uber/Lyft). Recommend if you need a room for the night. Good places to eat within walking distance.

Not worth staying room are way too old and ceilings are moldy and rooms have funky/moldy smell .

The staff for check in and out were both friendly and it was a quick process. The room itself was dated and dirty. Especially the bathroom which still had hair in the tub. Thankfully the linens were clean and it was a 10 minute drive for a super early morning at the airport.

It's fine for a budget hotel.... Just not the cleanest.

We were checked in to one room and the receptionist put different number in the system. At 1:30 am at night the next receptionist entered to our room since they wanted to give our room to some other couple thinking the room is empty. We were with the kid so you can only imagine how unpleasant situation it was. The room wasn’t clean: in my bed and in the bathtub there were some long hair. Also, the toilet was dirty in and out. The vent was very dirty too.
