Our favourite hotel in town. Lovely staff, super helpful, good English spoken, rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. Easy parking and a nice walk by the waterside or a short stroll into town square. Good breakfast. Nice bar. Recently refurbished meeting rooms and so on.

Second time staying here & overall another positive experience. It's a great hotel, with excellent facilities if you are a cyclist and with a perfect location in Oudenaarde. Only downside on this visit, we stayed 3 nights & the room was serviced but no coffee, milk etc replenished. Also the fire alarm went off in the night and people were evacuating themselves, no staff available to help or explain. Then after standing outside for 10 minutes the alarms stopped. Still no staff explanation. Not very good if there was indeed a fire!!

Great breakfast

Second time I have stayed here. Ample parking, nice waterside location. The area is quiet, clean and safe. The front desk staff were excellent as were the bar staff. We only had breakfast here this time. The breakfast is nice and has plenty of choices. The room was spacious and quiet. Comfortable, clean. All the stuff you would expect for the money. Its not "fancy" but its a good solid choice for business of leisure visits to the town

The room was spotless and modern, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Pleasant location too.

Close to the Main square of Oudenaarde which was handy being in to for Unholy Congregation festival. Not to badly priced either.

Nice hotel, right by the river. Short walk from the town square / centre. The check in / out was quick and easy. I was given a free upgrade to a studio which was very nice. Food in the hotel restaurant is very good. Breakfast was included and was nice. All the staff in the hotel were really super helpful. My room was quiet and clean and comfortable. They also recommended a nice restaurant for us one evening. There is a large car park just next to it. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
