Room access cards kept not working, internet was horrible and serious mistakes were made by the reception.

As an international traveler from the USA, I was so happy to be checked in my Jose. He was kind and patient, he made sure my questions were answered. It can be stressful not to be fluent in the native language, but Jose was patient and kind. I will absolutely stay again when I am back in town! Thank you!

Perfectly adequate hotel. Not luxury but modern and has everything you could want. Nice pool on the roof with a view of the city. Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast.

Stay was decent. Friendly staff. Fairly clean. For me the beds were not very comfortable.

I thought the room was bigger. It is very tiny. Alos, the room smelled weird when I walked in.

It is advertised as cheap but once you get there they put additional fees on almost everything. They also did not respect privacy. Seriously...asking my marriage status and job to stay a night at a crumby hotel?? Small rooms that reminded me of a hospital. Stay at the Atrium in Cidade Velha. Much better experience.

For the same price we can find hotel rooms in Belém with more internal space. I got a twin room, to stay just me. It fits, but for two people, no way. The hotel is clean, with good breakfast, but nothing so different than other hotels with the rate 30% cheaper.

I needed a place near the airport and this hotel is conveniently located, new, clean and fairly priced for what it has to offer. Probably not a good choice if you want to stay for tourism.

O atendimento é excelente, o hotel passou por uma reforma recente e as toalhas e os lençóis melhoraram muito a qualidade. Ótimo hotel pra relaxar. A piscina é uma atração a parte e não tem nenhum outro hotel em Belém, que tenha a vista e a área de lazer igual ao do Ibys Hangar. Minha quarta vez nesse hotel e com certeza irei mais vezes

Camas boas e limpas. Achei que no chão do quarto poderia ter sido passado um pano de chão bem direito com produto de limpeza antes de entrarmos. A pia do banheiro não escova o suficiente e ia enchendo. O café da manhã é o melhor que já vi. Uma variedade muito grande. Boa internet. Pra pegar algo e levar ao frigobar do quarto é uma vida de tão demorado. Desisti 2x. De resto foi td bem.
