Great place to stay

My wife and I had a two day mini break at Grey Eagle and found that the pool was closed and the walkway connecting the hotel to the casino was no longer in operation. The hotel staff accommodated us to a great extent apologizing fir the disruption caused by the ongoing major renovations and construction due to the entire resort upgrades. Front office manager Stevie was so professional as were all of the staff we encountered during our stay. Little Chef restaurant was its usual high standard and we also attended the absolutely knockout Brian McKnight concert in the Event Centre. We can’t wait to see the finished resort and its upgraded and expanded facilities!

The whole complex was updated and the amenities excellent!

The hotel room was clean and very spacious. We would have liked to have had a storage space for our mountain bike, but we were able to keep it in the room when we asked. Front desk, staff was a tentative and helpful. The convenience of having the casino right beside and in a walk-through because of inclement weather was nice. We enjoyed the band that would come on stage at the sports bar every night, however, would be nice to have a bit of a dance floor. The gym was great.

We had a very pleasant stay, and I'd rate the hotel as the best I've stayed in , in a long while. Great shower, comfortable bed and pillows, large rooms, blackout curtains and an excellent restaurant.

Friendly staff

Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was great and food was very good.. Casino was larger than i thought with lots of options for gambling. It was also open 24hrs which was great.

A broken coffee machine and a clogged sink made our stay at this hotel far from pleasant. To address the issues, the manager offered a discount on a future stay. Unfortunately, given our experience, I'm not sure we'll be returning.

The air conditioning needs to improve.

There is construction going on outside of the building…it did not bother us but, it is just unattractive and dusty outside. Otherwise, would stay here again. It is in a good location; close to the mountains and close to good shopping areas.
