Check in staff and door staff were great. Watch out for the in suite coffee maker. Check to see how clean the water filter is. Mine was unusable, it was so dirty.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino while attending the SexBomb concert. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made check-in quick and hassle-free. The location was perfect, and having the concert venue right there made everything so convenient. We also enjoyed the casino and the overall atmosphere. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Calgary! 🌟 🌟 🌟

Parking needs to be expanded. Parking for handicap needs to be expanded. I paid a lot of money for one night, I was given a low level room with view of construction I wasn’t impressed. First time that happened. I always get asked what level and neat elevator. I was very tired after a 11 hour road trip I had no energy to demand better service. Maybe have VIP membership

Good place

Pros: Great experience, loved room. Staff welcoming. Super clean and well maintained. Con’s: Buffet not great, not worth the walk or $$. Minor: Construction from walkway between hotel and casino but that was no trouble unless handicapped then could be.

Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a bit of construction going on to the casino so you had to walk outside. Only complaint was the smoking in the casino. 😝

Awesome beds had a good sleep.

With the construction oit front, it was a sight for sore eyes. But from what I gather, it's necessary.

Wasn’t happy with the overall stay

Buffet was amazing. Staff was courteous and helpful, cleanliness was impeccable everywhere on the grounds and in the hotel itself. Hot tub and sauna was a great way to close up our driving day, tv was big and had great picture. There is nothing to complain about. It was an exceptional stay. We would stay again the next time we find ourselves in Calgary. Very much appreciated!
