Staff great, bed comfortable but bathroom falling apart

It was good! You get exactly what you pay for and it's clean. Only 'complaint' is paper thin walls

It was good, parking right outside unit. Comfortable, clean. Bathroom could do with an upgrade though. Overall good nights stay. I would gladly stay there again.

Clean room the staff are good parking is good on first level but alot harder to get out from the second level but overall great

Very helpful staff member. Property is old but the room was quiet and a good size.

Rude staff. Terms of stay not clear at time off booking. Parking useless unless u have a tiny car. Old and dirty.

Still trying to find the pool! Staff was pleasant at checkin. Parking a squeeze with the current large vehicles. Property needs a total reno. A bit of a shock for a property so close to transport & the city. Sheets & towels clean. Not sure what some rooms were used for!

Great location for visit to city centre

The staff member was efficient and very courteous and the room was ok. There was nowhere to hang clothing and there needs be a hand towel in the bathroom.

Look 1 star for the staff member who was lovely 1 star for the AC, and the bed was good. Everything else… Well, I didn’t even know there was a pool until I came back here to review it! The room was VERY questionable. The stove was right out of the 1990s, same with the range hood falling off. The carpet was ‘new’ but a renovators delight, wasn’t tacked in, could not use the ‘balcony’ door was jammed shut. There was mould throughout the bathroom. If it wasn’t Christmas Eve we would have cancelled and gone else where.

Very run down

This is a good property to stay at. Lovely view of the city at night. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Some improvements would be to have a bigger TV and make sure they put towels in the room. Staff were very helpful. Price a little high.

The air-conditioning didn't work at all . I went to use the pool and the gate was locked. Dodgy

We booked the apartment for 5 people but only received 2 towels. There were not enough blankets for every bed so i slept badly, as i was cold. The kettle didn't work reliably and the kitchen foor was sticky.

It was just so convenient for us from Toowoomba down for day surgery

Bathroom was very dirty.No washing up liquid or clothes to wipe plates.Some plates in the cupboard had dried food on them.Will not stay there again
