The rooms are somewhat unusual and different, with a "rustic" feel, but very well laid out, very clean and comfortable bed The breakfast was amazing for quality of food (all sourced locally), taste and presentation....one of the best I have had in a long time

My second stay at this hotel. All the staff are helpful and friendly, hotel is very clean and rooms well equipped. Located in the centre of the town so plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk away.

Great location right in the middle of town. Service was very responsive. Clean. AC worked great. No issues at all.

No pool. When booked the property, the expedia page stated Pool, I took a screen shot so I can evidence this. Very disappointed. Only free parking was between 20.00 & 8.00am, misleading information on the expedia page More 3 star than a four I've stayed in 4 star hotels in Italy recently and have never had to pay for parking Even travelodge has free parking and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean.

Great location in town centre and plenty of bars / restaurants close by. Factor in €15 for breakfast and €10 parking on your costs though.

Nice hotel

Parking is priced at 8euro/day and is in a very tight parking garage. The service, room and location however were fantastic. The staff could not be more helpful. Extremely kind and informative. I had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight and was treated to Coffee, fruit juice and piece of cake as I was unable to get breakfast. Truely lovely people, lovely place and all topped off with views of the alps.

Late check-in, but the receptionist managed to arrange for a impromptu snack, which was much appreciated since all bars and restaurant were all closed in town. Extremely professional and courteous staff. The room was a bit dated but very spacious.

Nice hotel, conveniently located in the town centre near bars and restaurants. noisy street in the morning though on market day, setting up at 6am on a Wednesday. Very nice, attentive staff and overall pleasant hotel with private parking available

Good hotel with very friendly, helpful staff in a very good location in the centre of Schio. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to enjoy and evening drink / meal. Every effort made to keep guests safe during the Covid 19 pandemic and would stay again.

Lovely hotel, very clean place n an excellent location. Free coffee and biscuits are available at all times in the foyer along with comfy chairs to rest those aching feet. The rooms are clean and cosy with air conditioning if required. Internet connection is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

As a business traveler, I appreciated a high bandwidth WiFi in this hotel. I needed a lot of bandwidth for the work. The room I got had a separate office area with a nice frig which made a big difference in the heatwave day. Bed is my preferred firmness and clean. Parking is convenient. Breakfast was great with a very reasonable price if not included in the room rate. Plenty of nice places to eat as well. It is very close to the dome which is nice to have a walk after work. Will come back more often.

The bedroom area is a bit odd, maybe more quirky, decor wise, but grew to love it. The bathroom was very modern and pristine. The staff are friendly and helpful, all in all, not what I expected from the on-line images, but enjoyed it nevertheless. Will go back.

Comfortable hotel close to downtown and good restaurants. We enjoyed staying in the suite (highly recommend -- lost of space!). Staff were comfortable with English, and provided helpful advice.

Well appointed bathroom. Spacious bedroom with ample cupboard space and work desk. Great view. Staff are friendly and generous with their time. Wide selection of breakfast options.
