good hotel

Very cozy, several amenities , well located and restaurant amazing . The best beef I’ve ever tasted !

Showers not functions shelves falling off the wall water not draining air condition not working very well. Asked to have shower fixed nothing got fixed. More annoying then anything else.

Porperty looks pretty good but, once inside the rooms you find it needs more cleaning. The room given was noise, by the side of the air conditioning machine.

I liked the location. Centrally located to all my appointments. In the evening I took a walk around the lake across the street.

The hotel looks good from outside but needs some maintenance inside. Breakfast could improve...

Hotel is OK for what it is - business hotel, somewhat isolated. Restaurant needs to up their game.

We stayed here for the proximity to Hopi Hari and Wet N' Wild. It was about a thirty Real Uber ride and about the same for the taxi from the airport in Campinas. There isn't much to do in the area, but the hotel has a restaurant and small bar. The rooms look new and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately the place, while recently remodeled, doesn't quite meet expectations. There were several spots of mold and grime in the bathroom where obviously only the most superficial cleaning had been done for quite a while.

Quite an excelente option for business travelers, either visting companies in the surrounding area or, as myself, on an overnight stop before the next plane in Viracopos.

In the last minute we've decided to stay in the city. It was a good choice but it is a little bit far from downtown because the hotel is located in a industrial zone.

Stayed for 3 days. Internet worked for a couple of hours each day then went down again. The 2 bikes in the fitness room broke down. Same breakfast every day. Bad experience.

O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso! Achei a localização excelente para quem vai ao Hopi Hari, vale muito a pena. Tudo foi ótimo: acomodações confortáveis, atendimento excelente, café da manhã perfeito e a comida muito boa. O único ponto a considerar é que o hotel fica um pouco afastado de comércios e atrações da região, então é bom se programar para fazer as refeições e aproveitar a estrutura do próprio hotel. Fora isso, tivemos uma experiência incrível e com certeza voltaríamos! 😊✨

Valores da água mineral absurdamente incompatível com a realidade,mas o hotel em si muito agradável e funcionários prestativos

Hotel confortável, café razoável, localização estratégica entre cidades vizinhas.

Instalacoes muito mal conservadas, a janela de meu quarto não fechava por completo o que deixou o quarto muito gelado, ainda mais com a temperatura em torno de 10 graus na madrugada. O café da manhã, é razoável mas deveria ser melhor pelo preço da diária e por se tratar de uma rede grande de hoteis. A pia do banheiro não tinha ralo, provocando um cheiro de esgoto o tempo todo. O gerente tem que trabalhar mais e fazer as inspeções nas instalações pois não é justo pagar caro por um hotel de rede mas sem manutenção.

Hotel muito bem cuidado, local silencioso, café da manhã excelente, time atencioso e prestativo!!
