The lady at the desk was nice and friendly. The room was dated and very dirty. The pool was gross, as there were many bugs, slime and dirt in both pool and hot tub.The restaurant at the hotel was dirty and food was just ok.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with excellent lighting, free parking.

Stayed overnight on a stopover to Alberta. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was missing amenities but overall the staff and hotel was comfortable for my needs. Would recommend.

Room was okay, definitely old and dated. Beds seemed to be clean except for one flat sheet that had a mystery stain. Waterslide was fun but pool and pool deck were very small. Usually not enough towels by the pool.

It looks like they have been trying to upgrade the building gradually - the beds were comfortable and clean - the bathrooms looked like they were from the 1970s and the door wouldn’t even shut without a lot of force . It was good enough for stopping for a few hours sleep on our drive from AB to ONT but I wouldn’t recommend it for a weekend stay personally .

Wifi didn't work and require signup with their rewards program. The signup process crashed the browser, and after close to 10 times I gave up. The alternative to the signup was to pay 5-10$ which I refused and I stayed with my cellphone internet. There was no free wifi in public areas as it was supposed to. Bathroom amenities missing shampoo, but I had a soap bar and body wash. Room was clean, large and otherwise ok.

The hot tub was terrible - the water was off colored, the jets didn’t work and it was luke warm at best. The room was clean-ish, bed was okay for comfort, the pillows were nice. The noise was awful. We were on the first floor and you could hear every movement from the second floor, all night, including taps, toilets, walking, doors closing - everything. The room was very hot, there is a wall ac but it was extremely loud and did not work well. Would not recommend staying here if you want a good sleep.

Air conditioning did not work on an extremely hot day. Management said nothing they could do about it.

Only thing they didn't have was complimentary breakfast, which I'm sure when I booked it, said it did.

The humidity inside the room was extreme, everything felt damp. There was a musty smell in the bathroom. It took 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk so my husband could check us in, and almost the same amount of time before he could check out

Great salt pool,hot tub could have been hotter

Unfortunately you truly get what you pay for with this hotel. The AC unit was not functioning(store brand cheap store brand window unit), and it was over +40 outside. They had no replacement, portable AC, or fans to offer. I was offered no compensation for this, due to booking on Expedia. If it wasn’t so late at night, we would have left but my son was already in bed. Luckily a family member was able to bring us a fan. The rooms are decent enough for a place to sleep, and clean. Pool area could use some upgrades, but was usable and my son enjoyed the water slide. The parking lot is also horrible, massive potholes everywhere. Not accessible at all, no automatic doors and no elevator. Request a main floor room if you have mobility issues.

We enjoyed our stay here. My toddler enjoyed the waterslide. We didnt have any issues at all. Its not perfect but for the price, we appreciated our stay.
