The hotel was excellent, the staff went out of their way to assist us. All around an excellent experience and will definitely tell family and friends to stay here. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful hotel, very clean!

I would avoid the ocean front suites if you are looking for a quiet sleep. The sliding doors to the balcony are not the best at suppressing the sounds of the main street. But it’s proximity to the beach is pretty good

It’s very well located and the staff was always with a smile. However the bathroom was not clean and well kept at all. Very dirty bathroom made our stay not to be great.

Boa estadia mas poderia ser melhor. A lavanderia só funciona em horários em que o hóspede geralmente está fora do hotel passeando na praia (8:30 as 17) Deveria ser 24hrs. Nao tinha um ferro de passar roupa nos quartos. A piscina estava fechada. A sauna também estava fechada. Havia vazamento de água no banheiro. Enfim, todos os requisitos que me fizeram escolher esse hotel me desapontaram.

If you expecting top service or a 3-4 stars in Joao Pessoa, then get prepared because this stars won't exist there. Starting with the good stuff, the shower was ok, but none of the amenities were refueled. The cover blanket and pellow covers were disgusting, after 3 attempts the switched for clean ones. Their merchant machine to payoff the bill might not work so bring cash with you. The pool is nothing you see in pictures, it is really small. The towels from the room are very low quality and you will get one per person, we asked for the pool towels to use it at the room, it worked ok. The breakfast its better then a continental US breakfast, but be ready because its very oily.

Hotel tem classificação equivocada pois não merece nota acima de 7. Estava com quartos cheirando a mofo, lençóis rasgados, toalhas com cheiro ruim, água do chuveiro sem aquecer e a piscina é completamente diferente do que parece ser na foto. Absolutamente não recomendo!

Melhor hotel de João pessoa, voltarei em breve e recomendo demais

I stayed in the same hotel my room was not as good like the first visit but it was ok the must I like about the hotel is how friendly the stuff is particularly the restaurant and the housekeepers they are always smailing and ready to do anything to make sure you are satisfied the housekeeper I really appreciated they fold my clouts I left the room in such a mess I told her I was rushing out the I was sorry for the mess when I came back she when the extra mile to make sure I was so over the moon I really hope she got the tip I left for her on reception .

Staff is not efficient as a team. Breakfast is boring and lacks variety. (OJ is extra) Staff is not adequately trained. Gests are not heir first priority. Manager does not seem to care. Hotel needs to hire more staff.

Achei o hotel muito bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos, quarto além de limpo e cheiroso, tinha umas balinhas e uns biscoitos amanteigados de mimo que achamos uma delícia, Chegamos um pouco antes do horário do check-in e nosso quarto já estava liberado, foi maravilhoso. O café da manhã achei muito bom, mas pode melhorar! Tem uma variedade de coisas mais ainda deixa a desejar um pouco! Minha experiência foi muito boa e eu voltaria com certeza!

Voltarei em outras oportunidades!

Hotel muito bom, apartamento com excelente espaço,nosso apartamento era lateral mas com boa vista da orla,bem localizado. Excelente escolha.

Na minha concepção é um hotel razoável, assim que chegamos fomos instalados em 1/4 que tinham infestação de formigas na janela, sendo que uma das camas ficava ao lado da janela correndo risco da pessoa ser picada pela formiga formiga entrar no ouvido durante a noite etc, reclamamos eles nos rebocaram em um outro quarto e aí o problema foi resolvido. Não achei a equipe de recepção muito receptiva, poderiam ser mais agradáveis e mais solícito com os hóspedes. Positivo, o café da manhã bastante sortido e variado e a localização que é bem estratégica

Custo-benefício excelente. Beira-mar, fácil acesso e estacionamento próprio (pago); café 7/10;

Adoramos a estadia! Quarto limpo, com a vista para o mar . Camas confortáveis . Voltaremos com certeza!! Ah, o café da manhã bem completinho! Nota 10

Na minha opinião , a estadia foi muito boa, o tempo é que não ajudou, pois chuveu muito.

Excelente hospedagem, estou extremamente satisfeito.
