Don’t trust photos, they gave four room in another building behind! Staff are not friendly. No bottle water, no kettle, no coffee maker. But room heating works well. Great location, big rooms and nice patio! Restaurant waiters were terrible, he yelled to us when we entered . Even though it had stunning view, we left. Four families booked four rooms, the service reviews from previous customers are true. I believe they are racists to Asian. What a shame!

no water cup，no wifi（room located in dead Conner, and first stuff do not want change room and then change the room still can not connect wifi. computer can not connect, close door then no wifi, give up finally），reception attitude is bad, four time back to reception but not solve problem. Not willing to helping customers . This is first time I give the 1star. Not recommended No No No and they do not let you know the receipt on s phone number until you ask

Hotel needs an uplift, room was old and needed some extra cleaning. Views from the old bridge and location are excellent, parking really convenient.

Nitice internal rooms are in a different building 50m away. The room was not that maintained -the door needed an extra push to close (we found out the hard way - came back to the room and the door was wide opened! Luckily nothing was missing). Also there was a small leak from the toilet bottom,so there was a slight sewage smell in the room. It took us a day to understand (we thought it was a shower issue, as it also didnt have the best drainage...) so we didnt ask to change a room. We didnt check the breakfast/dinner, as there are a lot of great restaurants 2-4 minutes walking.

The hotel located next to the bridge and square; we can see the bridge from our room. The hotel has a restaurant on site, but we don’t have a chance to try it. Our room is fine, bedding were comfortable. Parking was 18 euro per day.

Lovely room with balcony over looking part of the old town. Warm and spotlessly clean, staff very friendly. Garaged parking at a reasonable price for being right in the centre of Ronda.

Nothing like a 4 star hotel. Pretty much like the school dormitory, very simple. Can’t get heating work >17 degrees, outside was 4 degrees. Very cold. But it’s good location to get around.

Nice, courteous staff. We had a fabulous view from our room, just beautiful. The breakfast was good. Very centrally located, easy to get around. Would recommend this hotel.

After a medical emergency, my family called from the hospital about our and front desk wouldn't even speak to us, HE said to call the 3rd party in which you made the reservation. When we contacted Hotels.com through the app, we were told to contact the hotel directly?? 2 rooms, 2 nights. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE HOTELS.COM. I would like to know if you would make this right by us.

The room was fine, the location was quite loud but a good location. They were completely under staffed. We were in a secondary building with no front desk. There was absolutely no WiFi in our building.

Great Location. Smelly Rooms. Terrible Service. The only plus I found to this property is that it is in a great location and very convenient to the bridge and bullring. The bathroom in our room smelled like sewage for the duration of our stay. During our first day I spoke to the front desk staff and let him know we would be leaving on the very early train and asked how we go about getting a taxi that early and he said there would be someone at the desk at that time who would call for us. The person at the desk when we left was rude, unhelpful, and just kept shrugging his shoulders at us when we asked, said he didn’t know the number. We ended up walking to the train station with our luggage.
