Polite reception but room was dirty

Really nice staff. I Checked in at 2:00 Am. They greeted me at the door . took my suitcase out of the Uber. Checked me in and walked me to by room.just an amazing experience. Definitely going back !!

Not good food

Right by the lake, where you might catch a sight of capybara grazing in the grass.

It was my forth time staying in this great hotel. It fills like you are in a real small resort. Beautiful place, I enjoyed a nice sauna this time, had a such good meal and these hotel is located in a such nice area with a beautiful view.

Suits need to be updated. A new coat of painting, new patio furniture and curtains would make a huge improvement.

Love the spa on location and the breakfast is the best!

The hotel is next to the lake that has abundant wildlife with many birds, capybara and even a crocodile.

I love this place it very quiet

love everything except the mattress . I believe hotel could invest in better mattress because is such an important if not the most important part of our trip - I want to recover and wake up refreshed- staff was able to change us to a different room where the mattress was reasonably better; but everything else was perfect!

The property is neat, clean, safe, and in a convenient location to explore the wonderful lake walkway with all the shopping, dining, or just relaxing walking you would like. The staff is friendly and professional and the buffet breakfast of Minas Gerais specialties is wonderful.. We certainly hope to return soon, thank you! :) <3

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms and a great variety for breakfast. They also have parking in front of the hotel which was convenient.

The balcony had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were very polite. However, the bathroom looked old, and sort of rundown. There was a drunk guest lying down in the hallway. It felt very unsafe.

Everything was great! Just the spa isn’t that special as they mentioned.
