Covering the window with the drapes also covers the air conditioner, unfortunately.

We arrived at 11:15 p.m. and left at 6:00 a.m. so other than a few hours sleep and quick showers we didn't use the facility.

All good had a nice stay

It was all good. Food in the restaurant was really good.

We had a great stay at Yukon Inn. Everything was as mentioned. This is right in the centre of Whitehorse so we were very close to restaurants and gas stations.

The facility and room was clean, comfortable bed. It was a very quick stay, but it provided all that was needed.

Nice place! Easy check in. Nicely located where you could walk or drive to get to the downtown area. I did both. Would stay there again.

Room was smelly, linens were old and stained and carpet was worn out. Seemed like a lot of homeless people were mingling inside and passing through. Did not feel safe. Ended up not staying there. Would not recommend at all.

The room was clean the staff were pleasant breakfast was adequate . There was a coffee machine and coffee and tea . A fridge and tv which you guild used Netflix etc. if you had your own password . A little noise a few nights but close to all amenities and easy access to highways

Told that there was an airport shuttle. when we arrived we called the hotel and asked to be picked up. we were told to wait at end of terminal. waited 50 min and called again. same thing they were going to tell driver we were waiting. waited another 45 min and called again. they asked what flight we were on. I told them I arrived in my personal Aircraft. Front desk clerk saiid driver only picked up commercial passengers. We took a taxi and it was $20. got to hotel and clerk was somewhat rude. I have service Dog and he wanted documents to prove it. I showed him the documents and then he asked for a picture / Badge??? Service dogs do not have that type of ID. The room was clean but A/C was in operative and room was 88 degrees . Avoide this ripoff at all cost.

If you are thinking this will be a good value hotel you are wrong. My room had an overpowering smell of a scented deodorizer, I lleft right away and booked at the Ravens Inn which was perfect. Don’t waste your money.

Room was decent for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful during check in and check out, however there were lots of people making noise late into the night. I appreciate the value for the cost.

The room was not very clean but good location. Very noisy if you're staying on lower level, room with a view would be nice.
