Issues with the tv channels not working, the room smelled like sewage. Staff did come to try and fix smell but smell came back.

Location to main road and the mall

The staff and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful the parking was convenient for us in addition to the rooms being in a good area close to the pool and parking area. Also close to a shopping mall very nice area to stay in

Mal, no sé si por contratar por medio de la operadora me mandaron un e-mail diciendo que si no llegaba antes de 6 pm cancelaban mi reservación. Hablé a Expedia y me lo arreglo. Y me dieron un cuarto mini pequeño. No había buena limpieza

Solo una vez desayunanos en el restaurant y la calidad es baja. El tocino tenía mal sabor, un guisado de carne de cerdo en salsa verde predominó la salsa y el hueso, muy poca carne. Pobre sazón. Además de caro, lo. bueno es que a lado esta la Plaza Magna y hay opciones a mejor precio y calidad. No trapeaban, pareses sucias y sin sacudir. La TV un caos. Pocas toallas pero se subsano con la persona que hace el aseo El personal.es muy amable.

Todo igual que las fotos. Desgraciadamente pasa un tren en las noches que dificulta el descanso .

All staff members specially the bell hop were great and very helpful. Sergio was very attentive in always being there and setting us up with trusted taxi drivers.

Clean room, the shower would over flow a bit but the room was very comfortable and clean. Safe area with excellent location, 3 minute walk to a large shopping mall next door with plenty of shopping and dining options.

The workers and servers at this hotel are actually very friendly and courteous. And large the open grounds layout is also nice because it gives the feel of a calm neighborhood block. The gym is also good enough to get a workout. Unfortunately, where the experience fell quite short of a "4-star hotel" was the quality of the room furniture, the tiny bathroom, and the food in general. I would definitely say this hotel is a solid 3-star hotel because it is a bit outdated. The best part of the rooms are that you get a smart TV and you can also flush toilet paper with no issues.

The property has a tower section and a section of rooms that are much more like a motor motel than a 4-star hotel. I won't stay here again when there are better options nearby
