I booked this hotel without any expectations, but it turned out to be the best experience ever for me and my boyfriend. The reception was fantastic, and the room was hygienically clean. I especially loved the Dyson hair dryer. I'm certain we'll find our way back there again.

This was my family 's first experience visiting Macao, and instantly regretted a little that I only stayed for 1 night. Hotel S has friendly and helpful staffs, and treated my 7 year old child very well (give him a souvenir). The hotel is nice and has this unique ambience, they gave me more time to check out, and I could still access the kitchen area to wait longer. Oh and the bonus is when I find a nesspresso machine in the room and free water in the lobby! Will be back soon for sure:).

Location is great. Not far from Senado Square. Supermarket and foods are easy to find. Bus stop near too. Room was clean.

It's located right by the bus stop. 7-11 near the hotel. A nice coffee shop on the ground floor.

Location near senado square, no deposit. From the port take the ponte 16 softitel shuttle bus (free), exit the sofitel just cross then right, then just see a city park, the hotel is around a city park.

Rooms are quite spacious, near the bus stop, bus 101 to the price at ponte 16, staff are friendly, clean.

We had a limited reservation of 1 day only. But it was nice. We were fortunate to be situated in the room overlooking the river and a small park Praca de Ponte e Horta.
