I had two night stay with two different price that hotel .com did not corrected for me that is bed news .

front desk was polite in check in. Elevator was dirty, continental breakfast was gross, staff were over worked? Room was dirty, couch dated and noisy when you sat in it. Bed was creaky ever time you sat on it or turned over while sleeping. Have not slept in a dirty hotel like this in a long time. Will not return or recommend this hotel.

It was a great experience, the staff members are really nice and remain professional at all times. The place is so peaceful and very clean. It’s like a home away from your second home. It’s a great place for families or just someone who wants to get away and relax.

Clean room, weird smell. Some of the staff was not very friendly, and very off putting right at check-in. Not terrible, was fine for a one night stay. Also, the elevators are interesting…sometimes you’re waiting for an eternity for your elevator cart to come around and sometimes they are super quick. They were a bit confusing, but once you figure it out, it’s very simple. Super mid experience

We had a clogged bathroom during the weekend and and when called the front desk they said they did not have any available room to move to and they did not have a maintenance guy to fix the bathroom till the morning. All they could do for us was to bring up a plunger. This was the most shocking experience we had with any hotel experiences.

Great location and potential, but disappointing service and hygiene standards I come to visit Toronto at least twice a year . This hotel due to its convenient location near my sister’s home had great potential for me to choose to stay once in a while. The hotel certainly has great potential, especially with its spacious balcony and beautiful view. However, the overall experience falls short in key areas. First, the staff lack warmth and hospitality—their attitude does not reflect job satisfaction or a welcoming environment for guests. Cleanliness is another major concern; the hotel simply does not inspire confidence when it comes to hygiene. The kitchen area is particularly unappealing, as dirty dishes and equipment are fully visible. Furthermore, having coffee and drinks emptied and handled in an open, uncovered space is completely off-putting and unhygienic. This property has so much going for it, but it desperately needs better management, proper staff training, and stricter cleanliness protocols. I sincerely hope to see these improvements on our future visits. Last time I couldn’t convince myself to come and stay there although I have booked a room and I switched my hotel to farther location and with spending more money and losing money to avoid bad experience.

Absolutely amazing!

The Liberty Suites was a very suitable place to stay. We were looking for accommodations that had a kitchen as we were staying for nine nights. We were very shocked that there wasn’t one dish or piece of cutlery available. When we asked the registration desk about it, they said Covid changed things. Well Covid hasn’t been around for 5 years so this policy of no access to dishes needs to change. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the hotel is close to many amenities.

We had a great stay, staff was awesome. The location was good for us, and we would definitely come back if we are ever in the area again.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient grandes et propres. Tout était en très bon état. Il n’y avait pas de balcon dans la chambre mais de grandes fenêtres donnaient sur une belle vue depuis le 21e étage. Le personnel était courtois et le déjeuner était très bien! Une terrasse était accessible sur le toit pour le déjeuner.
